1. Las "Faltas de Cumbrera o Caballetes" 🚨🚨🚨
Estos son hoy dia la razon numero uno de filtraciones en residencias debido a que esa apertura va directamente al techo debajo de tejas. Se procede en arrancar techos con tejas, sellar y re-instalar nuevamente. Los costos son altos$$$.
Estas tejas se instalan con material especial y no con pegas o cementos u otros tipos de foam como hemos compartido en otros videos.
1. "Ridge Tiles Missing"🚨🚨🚨
They are the #1 water leaks cause on residences at the moment since the opening left makes water able to go through and underneath the rooftiles straight to roofs. It proceeds to whole rooftile removal, waterproofing and rooftile re-installation. The costs are high$$$. These rooftiles should be installed with special rooftile material and not with floor tile polymers or adhesives, cement or other other types of low grade foams like we have shared in other videos.
2. Las "Tejas Pintadas". 🚨🚨🚨
Hoy dia vemos mas y mas anuncios de tejas pintadas y esto realmente no es una solución recomendada debido al deterioro de color al cabo de pocos años y la remoción de pintura es extremadamente costosa(si tan siquiera es posible en casos). Tambien sucede con los famosos "Selladores de Tejas" que realmente la gran mayoria por no decir todos, son un engaño hacia el consumidor. Estos "Selladores" son aun mas devastadores para sus tejas a la larga dependiendo de su base.
2. "Painted Rooftiles" 🚨🚨🚨
Today we see so many different videos or advertising of "Painted Rooftiles" and it is not a solution we recommend at all because of the paint color deterioration through just few years and paint removal can have a very high cost(if even posible in cases). It also happens with the famous "Rooftile Sealers" which the mayority, not to say all of them, are just a scam for the costumer. These "Sealers" can be even more devastating for the tiles on the long run depending on their base.
Las tejas son algo que deben ser tratadas por los pocos expertos en esta materia que cuiden muy bien de su inversion por el conocimiento y larga experiencia.
