Descripción:

• Responsable de realizar tareas administrativas, realizar actividades para garantizar el apoyo a las operaciones diarias de la oficina.

• Llevar a cabo el proceso de pago a proveedores, facturación y manejo de inventario
• Garantizar una comunicación efectiva y proactiva con clientes y los proveedores.

* Entrega de cheques

Operaciones generales de oficina, servicio al cliente, facturación, entrada de datos, coordinación de pólizas, permisos, organización de documentos, informes cotizaciones, entre otros.

REQUISITOS Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Preferiblemente posea título de asociado; o una combinación de educación y experiencia laboral de al menos 1 año de experiencia como Asistente Administrativo con conocimiento avanzado de Quickbooks.
• Totalmente bilingüe, dominio total de los idiomas español e inglés escrito y hablado.
• Excelente dominio de Quickbooks.
• Coordinación y gestión de permisología de proyectos.
• Organización de documentos de proyectos y servicios.
• Buen dominio de Microsoft Office (especialmente MS Excel y PowerPoint).

Mantener actualizados los documentos de la compañía y entregar al personal lo que se requiera. Poseer excelente comunicación con Supervisores, Oficina Administrativa y con clientes.

At Rio Piedras Medical Center Complex in the South Wing Intensive Care Unit we’re performing civil and mechanical improvemets. Among the mechanical improvements are to supply new Reheat Coils System, turn rooms to negative pressure, which is a method of infection control and is used to isolate patients. Also we performed interior construction improvements and supply Swivel Toilet Patient Care Units. As of today, we received the visit of the Hospital administration and Puerto Rico’s Governor to continue the modernization of the Health System in P.R.

At the present we’re continuing working at the Rio Piedras Medical Center Complex, this time with the Central Building and the Helicopter 🚁 Tower performing concrete restoration, window sealant and exterior painting. Also we are working to improve the facade’s with the replacement of Cement Boards and waterproofing.👷🏼‍♂️🚧🛠
