Two bathrooms. Two distinct design expressions — both rooted in intentional detail and material selection.

This project showcases how subtle shifts in finishes can completely transform the experience of a space. One design leans into a softer, more minimal palette with delicate patterns and light textures, creating a calm and refined atmosphere. The other introduces a bolder tropical statement wall, adding depth, contrast, and a stronger connection to the surrounding environment.

From custom vanities to frameless glass enclosures and curated fixture selections, every element was carefully considered to balance function, durability, and aesthetic clarity.

This Puntas residence continues to take shape through a dynamic composition of architectural volumes designed to create depth, contrast, and spatial experience throughout the home. Exposed concrete, steel elements, expansive glazing, and double-height spaces work together to define the residence's character while framing natural light and ocean views from every angle.

As construction progresses, the interaction between materials, forms, and varying window conditions is becoming fully realized—bringing the overall architectural vision to life within its tropical coastal setting. Stay tuned for the final reveal coming soon.

La Casita is a small-footprint home designed to demonstrate how thoughtful architecture can have a lighter impact on the land. By minimizing the building footprint and carefully positioning the structure on the site, the design preserves open space while maximizing views and natural light.

A greenhouse on the property supports sustainable living, allowing for year-round growing and a stronger connection between the home and the surrounding landscape.

Projects like this show that sustainable architecture isn’t only about technology—it’s about building smaller, building smarter, and leaving room for nature.

This residential renovation reimagines the interiors through a carefully curated selection of materials, custom furnishings, and European design pieces. High-quality porcelain flooring, custom cabinets, and designer furniture sourced from Italy and Spain create a refined and cohesive atmosphere throughout the home.

Working within the existing structure, each space was thoughtfully designed to adapt to its proportions and natural light. Furniture layouts, built-ins, and dining areas were designed specifically for the house's architecture, ensuring both functionality and visual harmony.

Patterned wallpapers were selected to suit the character of each room and the amount of light they receive, adding texture and personality while maintaining a balanced color palette throughout the interiors.

By transforming the existing home rather than rebuilding, the project also embraces a more sustainable approach to design—reducing construction waste while giving the residence a renewed and elevated life
