We’re excited to announce the completion of the Nothing Bundt Cakes store at Tempe Marketplace! This stunning project was a complete buildout and tenant improvement, made possible through the collaborative efforts of Retail Contractors-Florida and MC Construction Management.

We are looking for a competent and reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities
• Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
• Filing.
• Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements as needed.
• Manage weekly expenses for office employees

Skills:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

*Bilingual.
