You have been identified as an Exempt Merchant for the collection of the Sales and Use Tax (“IVU” as identified by its Spanish acronym) for the temporary period commencing on November 20, 2017 and finalizing on December 31, 2017. During that period, your sales will be exempt from the collection of the estate and municipal sales taxes.

The Exempt Merchant Temporary Certificate that has been awarded for such purposes, is available through your account in SURI, at the Exemptions tab.

This Certificate must be placed on a visible place for the public. Not having the Certificate on a visible place may result on the revocation of the same.
