A noite de ontem foi verdadeiramente especial para o Grupo Arliz, assinalando dois momentos marcantes da nossa história: a inauguração do hotel The Lince Braga e a celebração do 50.º aniversário do nosso Administrador, Domingos Correia.

A cerimónia reuniu diversas entidades de relevo, entre as quais o Secretário de Estado do Turismo, Comércio e Serviços, Pedro Machado, o Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Braga, João Rodrigues, o Presidente do Turismo do Porto e Norte, Luís Pedro Martins, e o Vigário-Geral da Arquidiocese de Braga, Cónego Manuel Joaquim Costa.

O antigo Hotel da Falperra renasceu sob a insígnia The Lince, devolvendo vida a um dos espaços mais emblemáticos da Serra da Falperra e contribuindo para a valorização do património, a criação de emprego, a dinamização da economia local e o reforço da oferta hoteleira de excelência no Norte de Portugal. Esta reabilitação reflete a visão de crescimento sustentado do Grupo Arliz e a ambição de se posicionar entre os melhores players do setor.

O evento contou ainda com vários momentos musicais, com destaque para a atuação de Rui Veloso, e terminou de forma particularmente emotiva com uma oferta ao Administrador, por parte dos colaboradores do Grupo Arliz.

Um agradecimento a todos os que fazem parte desta jornada. A excelência constrói-se no plural.

Last night was truly special for the Grupo Arliz, marking two significant moments in our history: the inauguration of The Lince Braga hotel and the celebration of our Administrator, Domingos Correia's 50th birthday.

The ceremony brought together several important figures, including the Secretary of State for Tourism, Commerce and Services, Pedro Machado, the Mayor of Braga, João Rodrigues, the President of Turismo do Porto e Norte, Luís Pedro Martins, and the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Braga, Canon Manuel Joaquim Costa.

The former Hotel da Falperra has been reborn under the The Lince brand, bringing life back to one of the most emblematic spaces in the Serra da Falperra and contributing to the enhancement of heritage, job creation, the revitalization of the local economy, and the strengthening of the offer of excellent hotels in Northern Portugal. This rehabilitation reflects the Grupo Arliz's vision of sustained growth and its ambition to position itself among the best players in the sector.

The event also featured several musical performances, most notably by Rui Veloso, and ended in a particularly moving way with a gift to the Administrator from the employees of the Grupo Arliz.

Thank you to everyone who is part of this journey. Excellence is built in the plural.

Entre T***a e a Serra da Arrábida, continua a ganhar forma o São Francisco Condominium.

Nesta fase, a Arlo – Delegação Sul encontra-se a concluir a execução das pinturas e dos revestimentos cerâmicos de paredes e pavimentos, bem como a aplicação do sistema de isolamento térmico pelo exterior (ETICS), vulgarmente conhecido como “capoto”. Paralelamente, estão já a ser preparadas as próximas etapas, com a entrada em obra das equipas responsáveis pela montagem dos equipamentos sanitários e das carpintarias.

Between T***a and the Serra da Arrábida, the São Francisco Condominium continues to take shape.

At this stage, Arlo – Southern Delegation is completing the painting and installation of ceramic wall and floor tiles, as well as the application of the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), commonly known as “capoto.” At the same time, preparations are already underway for the next stages, with the teams responsible for installing the plumbing fixtures and carpentry work set to begin.

CO-LIVING BEATO, BEATO - LISBOA | ACOMPANHAMENTO DE OBRA II

A obra do Co-Living Beato, em Lisboa, é uma profunda viagem no tempo, onde o passado e o futuro se encontram no processo de reabilitação.

Neste momento, a Arlo – Delegação Sul avança com a segunda fase de demolições, uma intervenção cuidadosamente conduzida para preservar elementos ornamentais de elevado valor histórico e arquitetónico, como capitéis decorativos, molduras de teto, paredes em tabique, rodapés, escadas e vãos interiores em madeira, cantarias dos vãos exteriores, frisos dos alçados, gradeamentos trabalhados de varandas e janelas, bem como o relógio no núcleo central.

Paralelamente, decorrem os trabalhos de reforço estrutural das paredes existentes, através da aplicação de sistemas de reboco armado, garantindo a sua estabilidade e durabilidade, sem comprometer a identidade do edifício.

The Co-Living Beato project in Lisbon is a profound journey through time, where the past and the future converge in the renovation process.

Arlo – Southern Delegation is currently moving forward with the second phase of demolition, a carefully executed intervention to preserve ornamental elements of high historical and architectural value, such as decorative capitals, ceiling moldings, partition walls, baseboards, staircases, and interior wooden openings, stonework on exterior openings, facade friezes, ornate railings on balconies and windows, as well as the clock in the central core.

At the same time, structural reinforcement work is underway on the existing walls through the application of reinforced plaster systems, ensuring their stability and durability without compromising the building’s identity.

CO-LIVING BEATO, BEATO - LISBOA | ACOMPANHAMENTO DE OBRA I

Depois de ter servido o Clero e as Forças Armadas Portuguesas, este edifício lisboeta ganha agora um novo uso, orientado para a criatividade e a inovação.

São já mais de 350 anos a reinventar-se:
Em abril de 1660, D. Luisa de Gusmão, esposa de D. João IV, funda aqui o Convento das freiras "Grilas", da Ordem de Santo Agostinho, onde viria a recolher-se dois anos depois. Em 1897, por decreto real, o convento agostiniano dá lugar à Manutenção Militar, um complexo fabril onde, durante décadas, foram produzidos alimentos e géneros de subsistência para o Exército Português, incluindo em períodos de conflito ou mobilização, como as guerras coloniais.

Desde 2016, o complexo tem vindo a ser progressivamente reabilitado e adaptado, integrando o Beato Innovation District, um ecossistema que reúne startups, espaços de coworking e projetos culturais. Hoje, dá lugar a um conceito de co-living pensado para acolher empreendedores, nómadas digitais e talentos internacionais que escolhem Portugal como ponto de encontro para partilhar conhecimento e impulsionar ideias de negócio.

After serving the Clergy and the Portuguese Armed Forces, this Lisbon building is now being repurposed to foster creativity and innovation.

It has been reinventing itself for over 350 years:
In April 1660, D. Luisa de Gusmão, wife of D. João IV, founded here the Convent of the “Grilas” nuns, of the Order of Saint Augustine, where she would later take refuge two years later. In 1897, by royal decree, the Augustinian convent gave way to the Manutenção Militar, an industrial complex where, for decades, food and supplies were produced for the Portuguese Army, including during periods of conflict or mobilization, such as the colonial wars.

Since 2016, the complex has been progressively renovated and adapted, becoming part of the Beato Innovation District, an ecosystem that brings together startups, coworking spaces, and cultural projects. Today, it serves as a co-living space designed to welcome entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and international talent who choose Portugal as a hub to share knowledge and drive business ideas.

EXPANSÃO E MODERNIZAÇÃO DE UNIDADE FABRIL, MONCHIQUE | ACOMPANHAMENTO DE OBRA

Uma das mais conceituadas marcas nacionais de água engarrafada está a expandir-se e o Grupo Arliz foi o escolhido para a empreitada.

Além da reabilitação dos espaços pré-existentes, o projeto, previamente desenvolvido pelo nosso gabinete de arquitetura, contempla a criação de novas zonas de armazenamento e de uma nova linha de produção.

No âmbito dos trabalhos estruturais, foi implementada uma solução em treliça metálica para contenção de vigas, encontrando-se em curso as escavações e a montagem das armaduras para a execução da estrutura em betão armado de um muro de suporte destinado à contenção das terras confinantes com a via pública e à fixação da estrutura metálica associada à área de ampliação.

One of the most renowned domestic bottled water brands is expanding, and the Grupo Arliz was selected for the works.

In addition to the renovation of existing spaces, the project, previously developed by our architectural firm, includes the creation of new storage areas and a new production line.

As part of the structural work, a metal truss solution was implemented to support the beams. Excavation and the installation of reinforcement are currently underway for the construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall designed to contain the land adjacent to the public road and to secure the metal structure associated with the expansion area.

A estrutura em betão armado do empreendimento Golden Hill começa a ganhar expressão na Avenida Infante Dom Pedro, em Loures.

À direita, a execução da laje do piso 0 assinala a conclusão das caves do primeiro bloco. Na área adjacente, as equipas da Arlo – Delegação Sul encontram-se na fase final das escavações, decorrendo já os trabalhos de preparação das armaduras para o arranque das fundações.

The reinforced concrete structure of the Golden Hill development is beginning to take shape on Avenida Infante Dom Pedro in Loures.

On the right, the pouring of the ground floor slab marks the completion of the basement levels for the first building. In the adjacent area, teams from Arlo – Southern Delegation are in the final stages of excavation, and work is already underway to prepare the rebar for the start of foundation work.

The Parque Industrial e Logístico da Mojidad in Setúbal is now more modern, functional, and attractive.

The renovation work, coordinated by the Grupo Arliz, has already been completed on two buildings, covering a total of 10,000 m² of renovated space, as well as improvements to the surrounding access roads. The project, which will continue over the coming months, includes reinforcing the metal structure, replacing roofing, cladding, and glazing, completely renovating the floors, and installing new water supply and fire protection systems.

Carried out by the group’s companies Arlo, S.A., Beetsteel, and NDR these works are enhancing the value of the industrial park and attracting new businesses, thereby boosting economic activity in the region.
