So I've been doing some light pruning today along what will be our driveway. Three Olive trees pruned and a shed load more to go. We are now at the ideas stage of what to build. We now know what constraints we have to work within and we are forming our wish list. This process will be slow as we have an opportunity to build something quite special here. No mistakes are allowed as its our "forever home" this is going to push me to all my limits and beyond. Loving the challenge

So after a very long holiday..
Aloft Construction is back doing what we do best.
Project number 1; creating a 5 bed modern house in West Parley which should be ready for either rental/purchase at the end of this summer.

BLACK GOLD!!!
Our first load of carrob ready and loaded to take to the distributors. Most of you would probably not yet heard of Carrob, but its the healthy version (labelled as a super food) of chocolate. We had no idea of what it would be worth and we're pleasantly surprised. We will be Carrob crunching farmers from now on me muckers!

Barn nearing completion should be wrapped up end of next week. It's a shame not all my jobs are as pleasant as this one.
