Casa Tá Fixe — a city oasis in the heart of Lagoa. 🌱
A historic building reimagined as a contemporary retreat, where the character of the past meets considered design and modern comfort.

Spread across three floors, Casa Tá Fixe brings together bright, open spaces, and thoughtful architectural details — with a private gym and sauna, and a rooftop terrace tucked above the city, complete with a heated pool.

For this project, a team of contributors to made the project reach the finish line. 🥂

Casa Juam | Architectural Design in Silves, Algarve

Nestled directly in front of the historic castle walls of Silves, Casa Juam is a contemporary interpretation of authentic Algarvian living. Designed on the original footprint of the site, the residence honours the region's architectural heritage while embracing a refined, modern lifestyle.

The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, carefully designed to offer privacy, comfort and a seamless connection to the surrounding architecture.

Casa Floor - architectural studies - in progress.
A contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional barn house, redesigned around a more sustainable and organic relationship with its surroundings. The project combines natural-based materials and environmentally conscious solutions with a balanced architectural intervention that respects the existing character of the structure.

Our approach starts in careful drawings and concept building. Before a foundation poured, we spend hours at the drafting table refining the vision. Thoughtful architecture requires a deep connection to the environment—ensuring that every structure harmonizes with bioclimatic principles, passive design, and the use of organic materials.

✨ Horta do Castelo Residences

Horta do Castelo is soon to become a contemporary residential development conceived through an environmentally conscious and forward-thinking architectural approach. Designed by Studioarte.

The development is guided by an “Ecofriendly” vision, where natural-based solutions, organic materials, and passive environmental strategies are integrated from the earliest stages of design. The architectural concept prioritizes energy efficiency, thermal comfort, natural ventilation, and the optimization of solar orientation, allowing the buildings to respond intelligently to climate conditions while reducing overall environmental impact.

Carefully integrated into the surrounding urban fabric, Horta do Castelo seeks a balanced intervention within the territory, respecting the scale and character of its context. The project promotes a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces through landscaped areas, shaded transitions, natural light, and visual continuity with the surrounding environment, encouraging a lifestyle closely connected.
