B&S Investments in Riyadh and DMG are further strengthening their collaboration in the field of international events and exhibitions.
The Global Investment Summit will take place on 1–2 September 2026 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris. We are delighted to be part of this outstanding international project!

Freelance Junior Event Project Manager (m/f/d)

To support our event team in the planning and delivery of an international B2B Summit & Exhibition in France and Portugal, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Junior Event Project Manager.

Project:
• Period: End of June to Mid-September 2026
• International Summit & Exhibition
• Locations: Portugal & France

Profile:
• Fluent in French and English (German is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conferences, summits, exhibitions, trade shows, or international events
• Experience in exhibitor and sponsor management
• Knowledge of venue coordination, project planning, and event operations
• Experience with international summits, investment forums, or government events is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Availability for occasional travel within France and Portugal

Responsibilities:
• Support the project team in planning and organizing the event
• Coordinate sponsors, exhibitors, and stakeholders
• Project and timeline management
• Support operational event preparations
• Act as a liaison between creative, production, and operations teams

Freelance / Contract Position:
Part-time or project-based engagement.

3D VIDEO MAPPING

Miniature New Kuwait is a permanent outdoor exhibition of Al Shaheed Park in Kuwait City, occupying an area of 3’000 sqm.
The 15 architectural fibreglass elements, with dimensions ranging from 1 to 8 metres, are scaled models of 15 significant buildings of modern Kuwait City.

On these white sculptures, 51 projectors with 12 000 lumen each project 360º animated video storyboards that blend real life images with digitally developed animations and soundtracks. The total duration of these presentations is 45 minutes.

All operation is controlled from a centralized control room with 9 dedicated video and sound servers with video and control signals being sent over a 3 Km long fibre optic network.

All engineering, production of the models, storyboard development, storyboard production and entire technical setup conducted through Designmark Group in a 15-month time frame.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Designmark Group developed for Therm Erding & Ballast a unique VR Journey at one of the biggest water parks in Germany.

This VR experience blends the physical water slide ride with an adrenalin packed VR experience shooting down a stream in a tropical jungle full of vegetation and animals. High quality graphics, video effects create an impressive immersive experience.

A perfect opportunity to experience this personally this weekend at Erding Waterpark. Have fun.

After two years of stagnation, we are back at the fair. We are pleased to present our latest project today. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Kubota Engine, we designed the new trade fair presentation at Bauma 2022 in Munich. It was a great pleasure for all of us to be back.
