سجّلت جزيرتا اللؤلؤة وجيوان مبيعات تجاوزت 275 مليون ريال قطري خلال شهر أكتوبر، من بينها صفقة إعادة بيع بارزة بقيمة تجاوزت 173 مليون ريال قطري، بما يعكس استمرار الطلب على المشاريع العقارية المتميزة في الجزيرتين.

The Pearl and Gewan Islands recorded over QAR 275 million in sales during October, including a significant resale transaction valued at over QAR 173 million, reflecting continued demand for the islands’ distinctive real estate offerings.

اختتمت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب قطر 2026، بعد لقاءات ومناقشات امتدّت على مدى ثلاثة أيام مع المشترين والمستثمرين والوسطاء العقاريين والجهات المعنية بالقطاع. وشهد جناح الشركة اهتماماً لافتاً من الزوار، خاصة بمشروع حدائق بيرليتا الذي تم الكشف عنه حديثاً في جزيرة اللؤلؤة، والشقق المكتملة في كريستال ريزيدنس بجزيرة جيوان.

UDC concludes its participation in Cityscape Qatar 2026 following three days of strong engagement with prospective homeowners, investors, brokers and industry stakeholders, with particular interest generated around the newly launched Perlita Gardens and the completed residential offering at Crystal Residence.

حظيت شركة سكوب للدعاية والاعلان، إحدى الشركات التابعة للشركة المتحدة للتنمية، بتكريم من الجمعية القطرية للسرطان تقديراً لمساهمتها في مبادرة «جسور الأمل» التوعوية.

وتسلّمت عائشة الشريم، المدير التنفيذي لشؤون الشركة في الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، التكريم نيابةً عن سكوب، بحضور هاني كوريك، المدير العام لشركة سكوب. وقد صدرت الشهادة ضمن برنامج «ساعة وساعة»، وهو فعالية نُظّمت بالتعاون مع الجمعية القطرية للسرطان.

ويعكس هذا التكريم التزام سكوب بتسخير منصاتها لدعم القضايا المجتمعية الهادفة وتعزيز الوعي في المجتمع، بما يتماشى مع قيم الشركة المتحدة للتنمية المتمثلة في الاهتمام بالناس والمسؤولية في رعاية المجتمع.

SCOOP Media and Communications Co., a UDC subsidiary, has been honoured by the Qatar Cancer Society for its contribution to the Jusoor Al Amal (Bridges of Hope) awareness initiative.

Aysha AlShriem, UDC’s Executive Director of Corporate Affairs, accepted the award on SCOOP’s behalf, with Hani Kurek, SCOOP’s General Manager, also in attendance. The certificate was issued under the Hour and Hour programme, an event conducted in collaboration with the Qatar Cancer Society.

This reflects SCOOP’s commitment to using its platforms to support meaningful social causes and raise awareness within the community, in line with UDC’s values of People and Stewardship.

وقّعت شركة سكيل إيه آي، التي توفّر البيانات عالية الجودة التي تدعم أبرز نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي في العالم، وتساعد الشركات والحكومات على تطوير تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي ونشرها والإشراف عليها، اليوم اتفاقية مع الشركة المتحدة للتنمية لإنشاء مقر طويل الأمد لأعمالها في قطر بمنطقة اللؤلؤة في الدوحة. ووقّع الاتفاقية كلٌّ من السيد ياسر صلاح الجيدة، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة المتحدة للتنمية، والسيد عمرو سمير، المدير الإقليمي لشركة سكيل إيه آي في دولة قطر، وذلك بجناح الشركة المتحدة للتنمية في معرض سيتي سكيب قطر 2026 الذي أُقيم في مركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات.

Scale AI, which provides the high-quality data that powers the world’s leading AI models and helps enterprises and governments build, deploy and oversee AI applications, today signed an agreement with UDC to establish a long-term home for Scale Qatar at UDC Tower at The Pearl Island in Doha. The agreement was signed by Mr. Yasser Salah Al Jaidah, UDC President & CEO and Mr. Amr Samir, Qatar Country Lead at Scale AI, at UDC’s pavilion in Cityscape Qatar 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.

تشارك الشركة المتحدة للتنمية في النسخة الحادية عشرة من أسبوع قطر للاستدامة 2026، من خلال ست مبادرات بيئية وتعليمية ومجتمعية تُقام في مختلف وجهاتها خلال الفترة من 31 أكتوبر إلى 7 نوفمبر 2026.

UDC will participate in the 11th edition of Qatar Sustainability Week (QSW) 2026, bringing together six environmental, educational and community-focused initiatives across its destinations from 31 October to 7 November 2026.

كشفت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية اليوم عن المخطط العام لمشروع حدائق بيرليتا خلال مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب قطر 2026، إيذاناً بإطلاق مجتمع سكني جديد وفتح باب تسجيل الاهتمام بأحد أبرز المشاريع السكنية المرتقبة في جزيرة اللؤلؤة. كما أعلنت الشركة عن عرض ترويجي لفترة محدودة على الشقق المتاحة في كريستال ريزيدنس بجزيرة جيوان، بما يضيف فرصة جديدة للراغبين في التملّك ضمن محفظتها السكنية.

UDC today unveiled the masterplan for Perlita Gardens at Cityscape Qatar 2026, marking the launch of a new residential community and opening registration of interest for one of The Pearl Island's upcoming major residential developments. UDC also announced a limited-time promotional offer on available apartments at Crystal Residence on Gewan Island, reinforcing its residential offering with an additional opportunity for prospective buyers.

إنجاز جديد تفخر به الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، وتعتز بكوادرها التي أسهمت في تحقيقه.

تسلّم السيد ياسر صلاح الجيدة، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة المتحدة للتنمية، جائزة الجهة الرائدة في التوطين عن قطاع التشييد والبناء، ضمن جائزة قطر للتوطين في القطاع الخاص 2026 «هِمّة»، التي أُقيمت تحت رعاية معالي الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية.

ويأتي هذا التكريم تقديراً لجهود الشركة المتحدة للتنمية المتواصلة في استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية وتنمية قدراتها وتعزيز استدامتها المهنية، وترسيخ بيئة عمل محفّزة تتيح لها فرص التطور والتميّز، بما يعكس التزام الشركة بالاستثمار في رأس المال البشري الوطني.

Our President & CEO, Mr. Yasser Salah Al Jaidah, received the Leading Entity in Nationalisation Award in the Construction & Building Sector at the Qatar Private Sector Nationalisation Award 2026 (Himmah), held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

This recognition celebrates UDC’s commitment to attracting, developing and retaining national talent, while creating a supportive workplace where careers can grow.
