عقدت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية اجتماع جمعيتها العامة غير العادية يوم الخميس الموافق 21 مايو 2026، وذلك في مبنى المحارة بجزيرة اللؤلؤة.

وترأس الاجتماع سعادة السيد أحمد بن علي الحمادي، رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة، بحضور أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، وممثلين عن وزارة التجارة والصناعة، والمدقق الخارجي للشركة (إرنست ويونغ)، إلى جانب مساهمي الشركة.

UDC held its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on Thursday, May 21, at The Oyster building at The Pearl Island.

The meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Ahmed Bin Ali Al-Hammadi, UDC Chairman, and was attended by UDC Board of Directors, representatives of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, UDC’s external auditors Ernst & Young, and the Company’s shareholders.
