Job Announcement: Operations Manager

Position Title: Operations Manager
Location: Doha, State of Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: CEO

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of MEP Commissioning and Testing and Balancing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes, managing teams, and driving operational excellence. This is a leadership role critical to ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of MEP Commissioning and Testing and Balancing
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8-10 years of experience in MEP Commissioning and Testing and Balancing, with demonstrated success in leading teams and improving processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
