Brief Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
* Identify new clients and business opportunities.
* Visit potential corporate and commercial clients.
* Prepare quotations, presentations and marketing materials.
* Manage social media, online marketing and customer relationships.
* Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
❇️ LANDSCAPE / HORTICULTURE ENGINEER
Brief Responsibilities:
* Supervise landscape maintenance and gardening operations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and monitor plant health.
* Prepare work plans and ensure proper ex*****on by site teams.
* Monitor irrigation, fertilization, pruning and pest control.
* Coordinate with clients, supervisors and gardeners.
* Prepare site reports and follow up on corrective actions.
❇️ ADMIN ASSISTANT
Brief Responsibilities:
* Handle daily administrative and office activities.
* Prepare documents, correspondence, reports and records.
* Maintain staff, client and company files.
* Assist with invoices, quotations, purchase orders and general coordination.
* Coordinate with site teams, suppliers and clients.
* Support management and ensure smooth office operations.
❇️ DRIVERS
Brief Responsibilities:
* Safely transport staff, tools, materials and equipment to project sites.
* Maintain vehicles in clean and good working condition.
* Follow daily schedules and assigned routes.
* Assist the operations team when required.
❇️ GARDENERS
Brief Responsibilities:
* Carry out landscape and garden maintenance activities.
* Plant, prune, trim, fertilize and maintain plants.
* Perform grass, hedge, shrub and ground-cover maintenance.
* Assist with irrigation and general garden improvement works.
* Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of assigned sites.
