Over the past year, alongside the studio's architecture practice, we have been developing Magmawood — a catalog of architect-designed hybrid residential buildings, fully coordinated from permit to handover.
Magmawood operates as a design-build coordinator: every project in the catalog is architect-designed, adapted to a specific site, and delivered through a pre-vetted contractor network with a single point of contact throughout.
The first two catalog models are now live — Vila Volta and Vila Lumen. Both are ground-floor hybrid structures, energy class A, available for coordination across Romania.
