The main intention with BOILER at Globalworth BOC was to preserve an emotional resonance. Just a thought about something you’ve seen already, but can’t quite put a finger on when and where.

A dynamic system of a standalone-bar and suspended ‘orb’ that shifts the mind from chronic planning, memory, and anxiety into a state of the “eternal now”. A material, shape, proportion that doesn’t show the fleeting now, the has been or the will be.

We’re an ideatic studio, so referecing always comes from our life journey. This time, a device that works in any given context.

The BOILER at Globalworth BOC.

The soft seating area stands at a crossroads: a space where you can stay, but not for long. The structural brace is mediated by the tilted mirror that offers a dynamic perspective towards the user and the bar.
A pillar network ties everything together, spatially defined by our signature spherical details.

The BOILER at Globalworth BOC remembers something. The sweep of a grand hotel lobby, the long reception where you’re met and named. The set up touches that memory and sets it down in an office.

A central piece that anchors the lobby, takes place and makes space. A hovering light that completes the story.

The Boiler Booth is the essence of our journey with BOILER in a scalable unit.

Mobile walnut frame, full of quirks, colours and materials, carefully balanced and oriented. In april, Intro Design Concept invited us in their home for a one month residence, turning their gallery into a living room: coffee, talks and a retropsective of our years’ work.

The archetype of the street kiosk, reduced to its essentials and set inside a 19th-century room. The historic space stays untouched. The booth stands within it, complete, on its own terms.

Thank you again to all involved! Razvan Gabriel Popa Radu Solo Mihai Gurei Claudia Chirilescu Paul Ungureanu

Extending the ground floor for commercial use is a popular solution for tackling the lack of small boutique and retail in the provincial areas.

For Tzero Specialty Coffee & Food the original facade isn’t lost but translated into a dynamic object that sets the space: sets functions, makes an entrance, screens the kitchen, helps the flow and overall filters the light.

A composition of elements that reveal.

Emerald green on the Divvy mirror, now available to buy!

The versatility of the Divvy wall mirror attracts, amazes and “fits” any niche, space or forgotten corner. The energy of the piece given by the irregular, dynamic frame always maintains a lively relationship with the user,
always discovering and rediscovering a new face. The clear reflection of the mirror is supported by the
depth of the wooden frame, available in various essences and colors.

Dimensions: 45x200cm
Frame: ash wood, coloured natural oil finish
