20 years of residential experience

🏗️20 years, 45 residential projects, 500,000+ sqm of built area. And a lot of stories behind the numbers.

Some projects started with two buildings. Others grew, phase by phase, into entire residential communities. Along the way, we’ve seen the market change, expectations evolve and projects become increasingly complex — and we’ve grown with them.

Some buildings are more than architecture. They are witnesses to time.

We are proud to welcome a new historic monument to the Vitalis Consulting PM portfolio, located at the intersection of Calea Victoriei and Strada Gheorghe Manu, with origins dating back to 1862.

Standing in the heart of Bucharest for more than 160 years, the building has seen the city change around it. Today, following a careful restoration and structural consolidation, it begins a new chapter as a premium Class A office building, while retaining the character and heritage that make it unique.

Over the years, our portfolio has brought us to buildings from different chapters of Romania’s history — from the 1867 origins of Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard and the late-19th-century building that now houses Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town, to the elegant spaces created for Queen Marie in Bran in the early 20th century, including the Tea House and the historic Time Tunnel. We have also had the privilege of being involved in the transformation of Știrbei Palace, whose story on Calea Victoriei dates back to 1835.

Today, our portfolio includes more than 20 historic monument projects, alongside projects located within protected heritage areas, where preserving the architectural character and respecting the surrounding urban fabric require the same level of care, sensitivity and attention to detail.

Because working with heritage is about more than preserving walls and façades. It is about understanding what makes a place special, respecting what came before, and creating the conditions for its story to continue.

Currently pursuing her Master studies , having successfully completed her first year, Carmen is already taking the first steps in her professional journey. With curiosity, determination, and a willingness to learn, she’s building the foundation for what we believe will be a successful career in project management.

🌱Progress continues at the Mărunței Photovoltaic Park in Olt County.

Every milestone on site brings this renewable energy project one step closer to delivering clean power to Romania's energy grid.

With 61 MW of solar generation capacity and a 100.30 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), the project is steadily taking shape, reflecting the collaborative effort of everyone involved.

🎂Today, we're celebrating someone who has been part of the Vitalis Consulting PM story for an entire decade - Ionut Dumitrescu!

10 years. Countless projects. Thousands of decisions. More site meetings than anyone could probably count.

But if you ask the people who work with Ionuț what stands out the most, they'll rarely start with his title. Yes, he's a Senior Project Manager. Yes, he's delivered complex projects and earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike. But he'll also be the first to crack a joke when the day gets too long, the one people call when they need honest advice, and the teammate who somehow manages to make even the toughest moments a little easier.

The construction industry is built on concrete and steel. Great teams are built on people like Ionuț.

Thank you for 10 years of dedication, professionalism, loyalty, and for being exactly the kind of colleague everyone hopes to have on their team.
