IMDS este o echipă de proiectare formată din oameni cu viziunea unei arhitecturi responsabile, adaptată cerințelor de actualitate, ce caută în permanență menținerea unui dialog cursiv între implementarea și soluționarea provocărilor complexe de natură urbană, socială și culturală. Vedem arhitectura ca o disciplină holistică, prin care ne putem realiza aportul în ceea ce privește fondul construit,

aducând o contribuție vieții contemporane, cu fiecare concept aplicat. IMDS is an architecture office composed of people with a collective vision of a responsible and adaptive design, always trying to maintain a fluent dialog between the built image of architecture and the process of solving the complex challenges offered by the urban, social and cultural nature. We see architecture as a holistic discipline, through which we can impact the built environment around us, therefore bringing a contribution to our contemporary landscape with each applied concept.

Plan for the Rulmentul Brașov Design Competition organized by the , in partnership with the Brașov, Covasna, Harghita Territorial Branch of OAR

The rehabilitation project for the Rulmentul industrial complex in Brașov aims to revitalize a valuable industrial site, transforming it into a dynamic and attractive urban hub open to the community. The main objective of the Rulmentul rehabilitation is to renew the urban identity of this area of Brașov. The proposal aims to maintain a balance between the industrial character of the site and the integration of contemporary elements that address the current needs of the city.
The proposal is based on a series of compositional principles and development directions intended to ensure a harmonious and sustainable transformation of the complex.
