A boutique-style collective living concept, currently in progress.
The architecture unfolds through layered planes, with volumes subtly recessed to create depth, shadow, and movement. Rooftop terraces crowns the structure, offering an elevated retreat above the city.
The palette plays with contrast — crisp white paired with soft green tones — while metal elements meet rougher finishes for a balanced, tactile expression. Integrated parking is seamlessly incorporated into the design, supporting everyday functionality without disrupting the architectural language.
Bold yet inviting, structured yet fluid, this project reflects our ongoing exploration of dynamic forms and thoughtful collective spaces.
