Credem in conceptul de up-cycling, eforturile noastre concetrandu-se pe a reda viata produselor de care nu mai aveti nevoie (sticle, cutii, lemn, haine etc.). Its purpose is to offer products made mainly by hand, from predominantly natural materials. We believe in the concept of up-cycling,
our efforts being focused on giving life to products you no longer need (bottles, boxes, wood, clothes, etc.). Egyptian artist born in Egypt 1982, moved in Romania 2011. Ever since I was 3 years old, I have been passionate about art specially drawing and creative things. Thanks to the support of my parents and grandfather, I was able to improve my hobby to be a real talent. I started getting into animation at the age of 16, when my Mathematics teacher noticed me doing nothing but drawing in the class. With the help of my teacher i was able to find myself in 3 or 4 animation workshop then end up with a job offer from one of the biggest animated picture and advertising agency in Africa. In the Agency I learned more about animation but on the other hand I was introduced to the graphics world, I knew then that those small drafts i was making could be called logo and my colleagues encouraged me to study and make courses cause I have the talent and this when I decided to be a graphic designer. For about eight years I worked in different agencies where I gained lots of experience, knowledge and mentors. In 2007, I decided that it's time for me to start my own business, that's when I started to work as Freelancer under the name MacK-Designs. Since then and till 2011 when I moved to Romania, I managed to make good work
which was met with satisfaction of all my clients all the time. MacK-designs's activities is not just one main activity, advertising design, but since I usually create ( mostly by drawing and sometimes through photography or photo editing) the images i work with; the activities has extended to include
Designs and Interfaces, Industrial designs (products and packages), Personalized products,
Technical drawing (wall painting for both companies and individuals). During this time, I collaborated with some agencies, project based, and accomplish work in other countries like Austria, China, England, India, Netherlands, Kuwait, Belgium. For the last ten years I managed to learn more about the Romanian market and been able to work in three different agencies and collaborate with many companies and individuals on many projects.
2021, I took the decision for the second time to move on and start my own business, but this time I am adopting a new activity based on a new concept which I discovered recently Up-cycling. handmade products .
