❌️ Mauvaise gestion d'espace

a modern bathroom with a unique, cutaway view that exposes the underlying plumbing system, offering a clear demonstration of water distribution. The overall aesthetic is clean, minimalist, and functional, with a focus on the technical aspects of the installation.

👉 Overall Layout and Structure:
The bathroom is viewed from a high, slightly angled perspective, looking down into the space. It features three main areas: a vanity and sink on the left, a toilet in the center, and a shower area on the right. The floor is partially removed in sections, revealing trenches where the water pipes are laid.

👉 Walls and Flooring:
The walls are a light, neutral off-white or very light beige color. The left wall has a smooth, matte finish, while the walls in the shower area and behind the toilet are covered with large, rectangular white tiles with thin, dark grout lines, giving them a slightly glossy appearance. The visible floor is a mix of these white tiles and exposed concrete or subfloor in the trenches.

Left Side - Vanity and Sink Area:
* Mirror: An oval, frameless mirror is mounted on the wall above the sink.
* Faucet: A sleek, wall-mounted chrome faucet with a curved spout and two cross-handle controls is positioned below the mirror.
* Sink: A white, oval, bowl-shaped ceramic sink sits atop a wall-mounted wooden vanity.
* Vanity: The vanity is a rectangular, floating cabinet made of light to medium brown wood with a visible grain, suggesting a natural wood finish. It appears to have a single drawer or panel.
* Plumbing: Two white flexible pipes emerge from a floor trench directly below the vanity. One pipe has a red band (indicating hot water), and the other has a blue band (cold water). They are encased in a metallic sleeve where they rise from the floor and connect upwards into the vanity, presumably to the sink's faucet.

Center - Toilet Area:
* Toilet: A modern, white, two-piece toilet (tank and bowl) is centrally located. It sits on a slightly raised, tiled platform.
* Plumbing: A single white flexible pipe with a blue band (cold water) emerges from a floor trench, encased in a metallic sleeve, and connects to the back of the toilet tank.

Right Side - Shower Area:
* Shower Head: A circular, chrome rainfall shower head is mounted high on the tiled wall.
* Shower Controls: Below the shower head, two chrome cross-handle controls are installed on the wall.
* Shower Plumbing: Two white flexible pipes (one red for hot, one blue for cold) run vertically up the tiled wall, connecting to the shower controls. An additional green pipe runs vertically between them and connects to the shower head arm. This green pipe is unusual for standard hot/cold supply but is clearly part of the shower's water delivery system in this demonstration.
* Shower Base: The shower area features a slightly raised, tiled platform that forms the shower base.

Exposed Plumbing System (Floor and Wall Niche):
* Floor Trenches: Sections of the white tiled floor are cut away, revealing concrete or a rough subfloor beneath. These open trenches serve as conduits for the plumbing lines.
* Pipes: Numerous white, flexible PEX-style pipes are meticulously laid out within these trenches. They are clearly color-coded with red bands for hot water and blue bands for cold water, making their function easily identifiable. The pipes curve smoothly to connect to the various fixtures.
* Wall Niche/Manifold: On the far right wall, a rectangular niche is cut into the tiles, revealing a central plumbing distribution point. Inside this niche, a brass manifold (or a series of valves) is visible. Multiple white pipes (with red and blue bands) connect to this manifold, indicating it's a central hub for distributing water to the different fixtures. A larger green pipe also connects to this manifold, suggesting it might be a main supply line or a specialized line within the system. Small brass valves with blue handles are visible on the manifold, allowing for individual control of water flow.

👉 Materials and Colors:
The dominant colors are white (for fixtures, tiles, and pipes), light beige/off-white (for walls), natural wood tones (for the vanity), and metallic chrome/silver (for faucets, shower head, and pipe sleeves). The red, blue, and green bands on the pipes provide clear visual coding.

👉 Implied Function:
The image serves as an excellent visual aid to understand how a modern, underfloor and in-wall plumbing system might be laid out, particularly highlighting the use of flexible PEX tubing and a central manifold system for water distribution. It demonstrates the connections from the main supply (implied by the manifold) to each fixture in the bathroom.
