This Ramadan in lock-down is a blessing in disguise. Yes, we can't pray in Masajid, but Allah (swt) will reward us for what is not in our control.

Operations started at the new Zahrani Coldstores of M/s Foods Model Est., (owned by Sheikh Hisham Saeed Al-Zahrani), located at Khomrah Dist. of Jeddah. It is a privilege for Pioneer Contracting Est. to be part of this prestigious grand project from the conceptual and design stage. Zahrani Coldstores consist of 6 freezer/chiller rooms with a total capacity of approx. 5,000 pallets or around 5,000 tons. It's a Butler Pre-Engineered Steel building having a floor area of 1,600m2 with a clear freezer room height of 9m. The loading and un-loading area consists of 4 nos. of docking systems. The support facilities include a mezzanine floor, a security room, an electrical room, a generator room, a sceco room and toilets. The following brief pictorial summary will give a glimpse of the project.

(JAPCO), at Madina Road, beside Aramex in Jeddah, which has been handed over last month. The new service center is open to the customers of various JTECO / JAPCO product services.
