UNIMAC recently conducted a coordination meeting with subcontractors and manpower suppliers to reinforce company expectations related to worker welfare, occupational health and safety, operational discipline, and workforce engagement across all project activities.

The session emphasized the importance of shared accountability, proactive communication, and alignment with UNIMAC standards, client expectations, and Saudi Vision 2030 principles related to workforce well-being and sustainable project delivery.

At UNIMAC, we believe strong performance begins with protecting people, strengthening field leadership, and ensuring that safety and worker welfare remain fully integrated into planning and ex*****on at every level.

عقدت يونيماك مؤخراً اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع مقاولي الباطن وموردي القوى العاملة، بهدف تأكيد توقعات الشركة المتعلقة برعاية العاملين، والصحة والسلامة المهنية، والانضباط التشغيلي، وإشراك القوى العاملة في مختلف أنشطة المشروع.

وشدد الاجتماع على أهمية المسؤولية المشتركة، والتواصل الاستباقي، والمواءمة مع معايير يونيماك، وتوقعات العملاء، ومبادئ رؤية السعودية 2030 المتعلقة برفاهية القوى العاملة وتنفيذ المشاريع بشكل مستدام.

Another productive safety tour was conducted alongside the QSP Safety Team, with the participation of Qiddiya and TFD safety leadership.

The tour reinforced the importance of strong field presence, close collaboration, and proactive engagement in driving safety performance across the project.

These on-site engagements play a vital role in identifying risks early, aligning expectations among stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in workplace safety.

في إطار تعزيز الحضور الميداني وترسيخ ثقافة السلامة، شاركت UNIMAC في جولة سلامة ميدانية بالتعاون مع فريق السلامة في QSP، وبمشاركة قيادات السلامة في Qiddiya وTFD.

UNIMAC continues to strengthen its commitment to worker welfare through active engagement, open communication, and continuous collaboration with our workforce. During the recent Worker Welfare Committee meeting held in the presence of Qiddiya leadership, project management, operations, and HSE teams, key workforce concerns, challenges, and improvement opportunities were openly discussed to support timely action and continuous improvement. Appreciation is extended to all committee members for their involvement, professionalism, and commitment to representing the voice of the workforce. To further enhance responsiveness and follow-up on corrective actions, the committee meeting frequency has now been increased from monthly to bi-weekly sessions.

تواصل يونيماك تعزيز التزامها برعاية ورفاهية العاملين من خلال التفاعل المباشر، والتواصل المفتوح، والتعاون المستمر مع فرق العمل.

وخلال الاجتماع الأخير للجنة رعاية العاملين، الذي عُقد بحضور قيادة القدية، وإدارة المشروع، وفرق العمليات والصحة والسلامة والبيئة، تمت مناقشة أبرز ملاحظات العاملين وتحدياتهم وفرص التحسين بشكل مفتوح، بما يدعم اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب ويعزز التحسين المستمر.

ونتوجه بالشكر والتقدير إلى جميع أعضاء اللجنة على مشاركتهم الفعالة، واحترافيتهم، والتزامهم بتمثيل صوت العاملين بكل مسؤولية.

وتعزيزاً لسرعة الاستجابة ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية، تم رفع وتيرة اجتماعات اللجنة من اجتماعات شهرية إلى اجتماعات تُعقد كل أسبوعين.

UNIMAC was proud to participate in the Qiddiya Football Tournament alongside our valued partners including TFD, RLP, and Qiddiya Investment Company.

The tournament brought together professionals from across the industry in an atmosphere built on teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect — proving that strong partnerships are built both on and beyond the workplace.

More than just a game, the event reflected the energy, resilience, and camaraderie that drive successful projects and lasting relationships.

We thank all participating teams and organizers for an outstanding event and look forward to many more moments that unite teams through sport and shared values.

تفتخر يونيماك بمشاركتها في بطولة القدية لكرة القدم إلى جانب شركائها الكرام، ومن بينهم TFD وRLP وشركة القدية للاستثمار.

A productive walkthrough and kickoff meeting was recently conducted on the OSE Project at Qiddiya, bringing together UNIMAC Corporate HSE leadership, project safety teams, and Qiddiya’s Safety Director.
The engagement provided an important opportunity to strengthen alignment, review site conditions, and reinforce shared safety expectations across the project.
Such field engagements play a vital role in proactively identifying potential risks, enhancing collaboration between stakeholders, and ensuring that safety is fully integrated into planning and ex*****on from the earliest stages.
