Job Title: MEP Senior Site Engineer

Position Overview:
Lamar CTC, is actively seeking a MEP Senior Site Engineer with minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
Responsibilities:
Design Phase:
• Utilize expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems to design efficient and compliant solutions.
• Conduct heat load calculations, duct sizing, equipment selection, and hydraulic calculations.
• Review and assist in the preparation of mechanical shop drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and international codes.
Ex*****on Phase:
• Oversee all mechanical works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved construction drawings and contract documents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain effective communication channels.
• Prepare and submit method statements, RFIs, and materials submittals.
• Act as the MEP coordinator, conducting regular inspections and resolving technical issues.
• Manage system testing, commissioning, and the handover of completed works to the client.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Managing the ex*****on of building services.
• In-depth knowledge of international mechanical codes such as Ashrae, Smacna, NFPA, etc.
• Liaison with consultants & coordinate with various disciplines and site supervision.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Mechanical Design Software, and Microsoft Office.
