WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER

TEAMARCH Engineering Consultants Co. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team for an upcoming project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and site coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, teams, and reporting efficiently
• Experience in construction, engineering, or consultancy projects is preferred
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day project operations
• Coordinating between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, quality, and timelines
• Preparing reports and ensuring smooth project delivery

TEAMARCH Engineering Consultants is seeking to recruit qualified, competent, and experienced Architects to join our growing design team.

Position: Design Architect

Purpose of the Job
The Design Architect will work closely with the project team to develop high-quality architectural solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of all stages of the design process, including concept development, schematic design, and detailed design, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate architectural design methodologies
• Communicate design intent through 3D renderings, visualizations, photo-montages, hand sketches, and graphics
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation packages for internal and client review
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals
• Maintain accuracy and ownership of design details from concept to completion

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Architecture
• 5–10 years of professional experience with a strong design portfolio
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Archicad, 3D modeling software, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Basic Criteria

• Highly detail-oriented and well organized
• Flexible and able to multitask
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients and team members
• Strong team spirit
• Ability to lead design processes and participate in client interactions
