ZYYX 3D Printer Web site: http://zyyxlabs.com/Instagram: http://instagram.com/zyyx3dprinterForum:https://groups.goog Focus on your ideas instead of on your printer.

The ZYYX 3D Printer introduces a number of novel design features that will take 3D printing to a new level: fume free, adjustments free and hassle free. Fume free
Up until now 3D printers have been quite unpleasant devices to have in the home, office or workspace due to the strong smell of heated plastic. The ZYYX 3D Printer tackles this problem by enclosing the print space and creating a slight pressure difference, with the outgoing air passing through an active carbon filter to remove the plastic smell. Automatic surface-compensating build plate system
The ZYYX 3D Printer eliminates the need for tedious adjustments of the mechanics before every print, instead the print head includes a probe that probes the build plate at three positions before every print and electronically adjust the print plane to keep your models safely on the plate. Professional Grade Print Software
The ZYYX 3D printer comes with the Simplify3D Integrated 3D Printing Software, an all-in-one software suite with fully customised profiles for the ZYYX 3D printer and ZYYX Premium filaments.

ZYYX Labs is a proud partner of Chalmers Formula Student that was unveiled this week at Chalmers. ZYYX have produced some important high-strength proCarbon parts for Sweden’s first electric all-wheel drive formula student car. Shown in the pictures are the steering wheel and the radiator cooling duct, which were some of the parts produced in our ZYYX Pro printer with proCarbon, our reinforced carbon fiber filament. After strength tests, the steering wheel was found to be much stronger than needed, so then steering wheel was printed with only 30% infill in order to make it light.
Chalmers Formula Student bridges the gap between Engineering Education and Industry by training students in a real-life project and finally put their skills to the test in competitions with various other teams from the rest of the world.
In June/July the track competitions on begins in Europe.
