Last weekend, we finally had a moment to slow down and meet as a team in Warsaw 😊

There were a few good reasons for it. We closed 2025, celebrated 5 years of MOMO 🎉, and took a proper look at the projects we’ve delivered so far. What worked, what didn’t, and what we want to do better next time. Honest conversations and real takeaways.

We also spent time developing our Ideal Project concept and built a complete process to guide how we work in 2026.

And yes, it was also our Christmas get-together 🎄 Good food, long talks, a bit of laughter, and time to be together outside of deadlines and meetings.

The underwater test facility at KTH Royal Institute of Technology has now been fully operational for a month

Built on a 20HC container base, this modular unit was tailored to our client’s vision and built to perform.

It’s a space designed for comfort, experience, and year-round usability, with clean design and high-end finishes.

Key elements:
• interior finished with white aspen wood
• Harvia 9kW electric heater
• outdoor shower
• built-in AC with heating function
• double-glazed sliding window at the front
• fully glazed internal wall leading to the sauna

What do you do when a school needs a new building in just 90 days?

Most say it can’t be done. We proved otherwise.

The municipality of Hoeven in the Netherlands recently faced a serious challenge: deliver a fully functional, 2-story school building with classrooms, a kitchen, and sanitary facilities in only three months.

We responded with precise modular construction:
• 12 steel-framed modules
• Designed and built in our Polish facility
• Engineered to meet Dutch building regulations

That was one of the key questions raised at Synergy in Architecture 2025, hosted by Lublin University of Technology (Politechnika Lubelska).
