Last weekend, we finally had a moment to slow down and meet as a team in Warsaw 😊

There were a few good reasons for it. We closed 2025, celebrated 5 years of MOMO 🎉, and took a proper look at the projects we’ve delivered so far. What worked, what didn’t, and what we want to do better next time. Honest conversations and real takeaways.

We also spent time developing our Ideal Project concept and built a complete process to guide how we work in 2026.

And yes, it was also our Christmas get-together 🎄 Good food, long talks, a bit of laughter, and time to be together outside of deadlines and meetings.

Huge thanks to the team. The way you show up and work together really matters 🙌

Willing to launch your retail business in days, not months?

Check our fully prefabricated, turn-key modular building, developed in collaboration with our technology partners at HonestBox and delivered to Sorunda, Sweden 🚀

This approach enabled our client, Sunnerby Livs, to move from delivery to a fully operational store within just a few days, providing a crucial advantage in accelerating business launch and ROI.

Again, this is another great example of how modular construction provides immediate, high-quality objects 🙌

Key elements of the solution:

• A complete building delivered to a turn-key standard and tailored to Swedish requirements.
• Fully equipped with the HonestBox automatic access system for seamless self-service operation.
• Built on a durable welded steel frame with a reinforced floor for longevity.
• Customizable finishing materials and colour schemes to match the client's brand identity.
• Efficient heating and cooling provided by an integrated air-to-air heat pump.
• Designed, produced, and delivered in just 6-8 weeks after final design approval.

We are extremely happy to help another business launch faster. Visit Sunnerby Livs’ Instagram page for more visuals (link in the comments below).

What do you do when a school needs a new building in just 90 days?

Most say it can’t be done. We proved otherwise.

The municipality of Hoeven in the Netherlands recently faced a serious challenge: deliver a fully functional, 2-story school building with classrooms, a kitchen, and sanitary facilities in only three months.

We responded with precise modular construction:
• 12 steel-framed modules
• Designed and built in our Polish facility
• Engineered to meet Dutch building regulations
• Delivered on 7 trucks
• Installed in just 12 hours

Two days later, it was ready for students. Fully compliant. Completely equipped ✨

This project is proof of what’s possible when speed meets quality. And a strong example of how modular innovation delivers results in the public sector.

If your next project has a tight deadline, we’re ready to turn it from idea to reality.

Let’s talk.

What will our cities look like in 10, 20, or 30 years?

That was one of the key questions raised at Synergy in Architecture 2025, hosted by Lublin University of Technology (Politechnika Lubelska).

We were there as sponsors - and as listeners.

➡ This year’s theme focused on the relationship between metropolitan areas and satellite cities.
Urban planning, sustainability, technology.
Plenty of insights and diverse perspectives.

During the event, our CTO Martin Ojrzynski gave a short presentation about MOMO’s projects and our approach to modular construction.

Big thanks to the organizers and all the participants for the inspiring conversations.

See you next time!
