The final pieces of the jigsaw puzzle are almost in place Delsjö Golf Club, Sweden. A brand-new entrance to the first hole has been created and, as part of this, all the tees have been rebuilt, a new warm-up green has been added, and a walkway with robust sleepers on both sides has been laid to keep golf buggies and trolleys off the grass. A system of mounds has also been created to provide a distinct area within the wider landscape and to separate the opening hole from the club’s car park.

There are now just a couple of weeks to go before all the work on the refinement of the new stream is complete at Sweden. The character of the 4th hole will be enhanced by better playing strategies and improved aesthetic appeal.

The enhancement to the burn on the 4th hole Royal Drottningholm Golf Club, Sweden feature vertical wooden palisades installed on both sides approximately 175 meters. The result is a superb piece of craftsmanship by the course staff-truly commendable work. Kungl. Drottningholms Golfklubb

An interesting collaboration has begun with Sollentuna Golfklubb, Sweden to build a new practice area in close connection to the clubhouse. The construction will start after the summer 2026. Benestam Golf Course Design

UPPSTARTSMÖTE GÄLLANDE KOMMANDE RENOVERING AV ÖVNINGSOMRÅDE.⛳️💪

Sollentuna Golfklubb kommer arbeta ihop med banarkitekt Johan Benestam för att lyfta övningsområdet som ligger bredvid parkeringen.

Under vintern har banpersonalen rensat slänten ovanför övningsområdet så att vi till hösten ska kunna göra området större och mer intressant. Vi planerar bl a för större green och större bunker så att fler ska kunna nyttja ytan samtidigt.

Förslag på utformning av övningsområdet kommer presenteras på klubbens vårmöte 27 april.😁

This week a combination wetland/pond project started at Bråvikens Golfklubb, Sweden. The projects goal is to be able to keep more water inside the course before it’s enter the Baltic Sea.

Today a new project started Delsjö Golfklubb, Sweden with a new tee complex at hole one including a new more welcoming entrance to the first hole, a new putting green to warmup on just before tee off.
