Benestam Golf Course Design offers full design service throughout all phases of design and construction for clients developing new golf courses or those looking to rebuild, renovate, restore and/or enlarge their facilities. Knowledge and experience in golf course architecture, construction and maintenance gives us a strong foundation for projects large and small. These phases vary according to the project’s scope and its financial parameters. We believe in educating our clients on each phase of the project so they understand where and how their money is being spent.

In the last issue of GCA magazine Golf Course Architecture at page 19 is an article about all improvements Fågelbro Golf & Country Club, Sweden. The sustainability was one aspect of the re-design work that has been done. Water management is an important factor in this archipelago environment too. Construction supervision , Sweden at the 18-hole golf course and their 9-hole course. In two weeks time more than 10.000m2 of turf has been laid.

Another new green complex under development Ringenäs Golf, Hotell & Konferens, Sweden. The turf to the new green surface will come from one existing green that will close next year when this hole open. The rest of the turf comes from DLF Seeds UK. Great to be in action again to develop a better golf course and resort.

Enhance the playability Norrfällsvikens Golfklubb, Sweden for especially the category who use red and orange tee. The course is tough and long for these categories. The course is magnificent heather course at högakusten North part of Sweden. During the stakning-out the chairman and the green committee followed every step with the course manager and club secretary. The project has got fonds from a broad range of organizations. Yesterday, work began Västerås Golfklubb, Västerås, Sweden on the construction of around 15 new bunkers to enhance the golf course by offering a better playing experience and more varied playing strategies, as well as raising the overall standard of the bunkers.
