Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming Akram Mahmod to The Node for the opening of SKÅNISH. 💙

A big thank you to Akram for sharing his work with us, and to everyone who stopped by and made the evening so special.

A special thank you to Mia for making this exhibition possible and for bringing it all together!

And of course, thank you to Carlsberg for keeping us refreshed with non alcoholic 1664 Blanc throughout the evening. 🍻

URBAN PRINTZ & DE TRASIGA BROARNA are bringing their mix of indie pop, big guitars, and heartfelt storytelling to The Node!

Expect songs about love, longing, heartbreak, and starting over.

TED DUCHAMP are a Stockholm-based quartet with a sound of their own!

Mix indie rock with a little jazz, a pinch of britpop, and a splash of post-punk. Add Pacific palm trees, sunsets, and gritty neon-lit alleyways, and you’ve got a sound praised by American Bond Magazine and UK artist Oscar Lang.

Known for their explosive live performances, they’ve opened for acts like Junior Brielle. No one, not even the band themselves, knows exactly what will happen when they hit the stage. One thing’s for sure: it’ll be sweaty, spontaneous, and unique!

ANNEXVÄGEN are a Stockholm-based five-piece rock band blending Swedish lyrics, big choruses, and guitar-driven energy with melancholy and nostalgia.

Formed in 2019 by brothers Martin and Philip Lunnegård alongside John Jönerholm, the band released their debut single Mosebacke Torg, followed by their debut album Stockholmshjärta in 2023.

Inspired by 90s and 00s rock, their music explores love, longing, lost youth, and the hope of something greater.
