We continue to develop Örebro with new architect proposals! Our ambition is to create an urban environment that also lets greenery into the urban environment. We have chosen to work with slate in varying beautiful colors in the facade. With this, we have created something that is at the forefront and original.

In this competition, we continue to work with our concept; socially and environmentally sustainable housing at reasonable prices. We have chosen to collaborate with Helix bostäder and have together with them developed our concept with new perspectives and focus on sustainability, green architecture and active leisure. We can proudly present a proposal that will contribute to a positive development for Örebro.

Arkitektförslaget Si**en binder ihop fastigheten med stora och små skalor. I kvarteret arbetar Lundberg Aguilera Arkitekter och Helix Fastighetsutveckling AB främst med fyra variabler: siktlinjer, flöden, gårdar och boendekvalitet!

Student housing in Bandhagen, south of Stockholm. Next to the metro embankment, we found a piece of land that today is not well utilized, and which is well suited for densification. The building we proposed is on five floors plus a garage in the basement, a terraced courtyard and attic corridors soundproofed with concrete glass. The building frames the existing green areas and insulates from noise from the subway.

Our proposal for a land allocation competition in Sätra, Västerås. We have designed an environmentally friendly neighborhood with Cafés, Bakery’s, cultivation plots. The building is taking care of all resources in order to decreases it carbon footprint. The roofs are covered with solar panels, the stormwater is leading out to the cultivation plots, modules in wood from local timber.

By choosing materials that age beautifully and get patina over time, we create sustainable homes that become more beautiful with each passing day. Valhall is no exception.

Valhall is located in the Hersby area on southwest Lidingö. The property comprises 18 one- to three-room apartments and two premises. The apartments have balconies in a sheltered south-western location and attic corridors clad in concrete glass in a U-profile, which both insulates against sound and provides a beautiful facade. The facades are in cedar.

In honour of my father we made the ultimate christmas drink, Cola de mono. A interpretation recipe that has been in the family for decades, now with a new designed label.
