The design concept for this luxury watch shop service centre emphasizes smooth organic curves to create a space that exudes warmth and timeless elegance. The entrance is defined by the curved bronze portal frame which draws customers in with its sophisticated silhouette. The polished book-match marble feature wall at the reception area serves as a visual centrepiece, and is contrasted against the grey marmorino plaster finish of the adjacent curved wall. The design of the recessed beverage counter at the waiting area ties back to the overall central themes of organic shapes and bronze metallic elements.

This feasibility design for the PLQ 1 & 2 office lobby refurbishment project aims to improve the existing space by elevating its aesthetics, functionality and overall user experience. The redesign focused on improving the circulation by relocating the concierge counter nearer to the main entrance and modifying the feature wall to enhance the first impression for visitors, clients and employees alike. The lighting design played a crucial part not only in enhancing the visual impact of the architectural features, but also creating the right atmosphere befitting of a grade A office lobby space. The existing ceiling was modified to incorporate a new round recessed cove lighting with distinct hammered copper finishes to transform and brighten up the space. The waiting area and reception table design merges organic and avant-garde design elements to create a juxtaposition of natural forms against the polished look of the new feature wall.

Located along Sentosa Cove, the Ocean Bungalow A&A project blends sleek modern design with the serene beauty of coastal living. With panoramic ocean views from the pool deck, which can also be enjoyed from the internal living and dining spaces, the home offers a tranquil retreat from the busy city life.

Upon entering the open foyer, the stunning skylight bathes the space with natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere. The lighted spiral staircase, which gracefully winds upward, not only serves as a functional circulation space, but also as a key visual design feature of the house.

The house is separated into sections, with shared communal spaces. The upper floor connects a link bridge between the separate private sections which opens up to a family area with a view to the pool below.

Situated at the fringe of a tropical nature reserve, this 2-storey good class bungalow is nestled amidst lush greenery. The design ethos of the project revolves around seamlessly integrating natural elements into the architectural form and choice of materials. The use of travertine, granite, earth-toned tiles and wood aid in creating a sense of harmony with its surroundings. The house is elevated on a higher ground with respect to the existing topography of the hilly site.

The Meyer House interior design features a light and airy design ethos, which seamlessly blends tranquillity and sophistication. The design colour palette incorporates a light base composed of Volakas marble flooring, silver travertine wall panelling, with a touch of oak wood and gold accents. The Meyer House project is a semi-detached dwelling house nestled in a private and quiet neighbourhood. The design concept features a juxtaposition between the exterior façade’s strong and bolder aesthetic, which seamlessly transitions into a serene and calming sanctuary within the interior space. The timber screen design separates the main building form away from the granite-clad party wall, which continues to wrap down the basement void. This design feature is coupled with the skylight at the car porch which allows natural light to filter into the depths of the basement.
