It's been a long hiatus from social media!

Check out what we have been busy with -- Renovating an office space for a start up company. A blessing in disguise for them as everyone is required to WFH this period!

All the beautifully renovated space requires loads of coordination, submissions, prior planning before the actual work begins! This is a very very crucial step as it helps us to reduce the mistakes and clashes that may occur due to the different services running at different time! Keep a look out for the finished and completed space soon!

We specialise in electrical and plumbing work but sometimes we venture out to do more than that ;)

Roof work is very weather dependent.

On a 🌞🔥 day, it is good to get the work done but anyone would melt under direct and intense heat from the Sun.

A ☁️ day is good weather to do the work but not ideal for as everything dries up slower so work is slower.

A ☔⛈️ day totally stops the work so we hope they do not last for too long.

But rest assured, everyday, we'll do our best to deliver! 😁

Most days in Singapore are HOT 🔥 Your ceiling height will determine the type of fan to get. For most hdb, not all fans are usable due to the low ceiling! So be sure to check if you are buying your own fan!

Pinpointing the exact reason for water leakage is often difficult. Usually, we would diagnose the problem, treat it and then monitor for some time.

This house was experiencing water leakage from the walls on the first floor. Upon observation over a few days, it seemed most probable that water penetrated from an exposed wall.

What we suggested was to scrap off the loose paint to expose the cracks, cement the cracks and then add a coat of sealant and white paint. After which, we can only wait for a rainy day to check if we are right!

For roof and outdoor work, the best time to work is on a sunny day so breaks for our workers become even more essential! 🌞🥤
