Located within Singapore’s Central Business District, the project integrates residential, commercial, and office spaces into a seamless urban development. Comprising a high-rise residential tower, a Grade A office building, and the adaptive reuse of a conserved structure, the development reflects a thoughtful blend of modern design and heritage preservation.

With its prime location near Bugis MRT station and surrounding key city landmarks, Midtown Bay enhances connectivity while contributing to a vibrant and dynamic cityscape. It collects rainwater from roofs or drains for reuse in irrigation, flushing, and more—an “eco-reservoir” built right into buildings.

🎉🎂🎉 As Singapore celebrates its National Day, the team at the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant project came together for a staff meeting, a National Day celebration, and a special birthday celebration for team members.

In addition to reviewing project progress and discussing upcoming priorities, colleagues enjoyed the opportunity to connect, celebrate Singapore's remarkable journey, and recognize teammates celebrating their birthdays. The gathering further strengthened team spirit and reflected the project's people-first culture.

Where innovation meets real-world application.

Beyond the skills competition, guests explored a series of interactive exhibitions showcasing how technology is transforming construction.

The exhibition featured robotic dogs, drilling robots, welding robots, floor screeding robots, robotic wall construction systems and Vehicular Safety Technology (Forklift), alongside demonstrations of the C-SMART Smart Site Platform, Virtual TOP digital delivery and CPR emergency response.
These hands-on experiences provided valuable opportunities for government agencies, clients, academia and industry partners to exchange ideas on smart construction, digitalisation and safety innovation.

One of the highlights of the event was our original safety skit, Safety First, Always, which brought construction safety practices and AED awareness to life through an interactive and entertaining performance.
