Decluttering, Dismantling & Cleaning - 303D Punggol Place

We recently had the opportunity to support a client who reached out to us after receiving our number from a community partner. She was looking for help to declutter her parents’ home.

After conducting a thorough assessment and understanding her needs, we proposed a tailored solution to address both the clutter and underlying concerns. As part of the process, bed bug fumigation treatment was carried out before and after the decluttering works, along with a follow-up inspection to ensure the issue was fully resolved.

During the decluttering process, our team also assisted in dismantling selected built-in cabinets and fixtures to better optimise the space and facilitate a more thorough clearance of the home.

The decluttering works were executed successfully, transforming the home into a cleaner and more comfortable living space. The client was very satisfied with the results and subsequently engaged us again to remove an existing air-conditioning unit from the house, something we were glad to assist with as part of our ongoing support.

This project came to us through a referral from one of our trusted partners. The client reached out with a simple hope — to regain a sense of comfort and peace in her home through decluttering and fresh painting works.

During our site assessment, our team took time to listen, understand her needs, and walk through the space together with her. We offered guidance on how the decluttering could be approached in a practical and manageable way, while also discussing her vision for the home. One request stood out clearly — a pink wall in the living room that would bring warmth and joy to her space.

We were recently contacted by a client referred to us by a hospital, as her elderly father was hospitalized and could only be discharged once their home was deemed pest-free and safe to return to. The client reached out to us via phone to urgently arrange a bed bug treatment. Understanding the urgency of the situation, we promptly scheduled the service within two days as requested.

Upon conducting the initial bed bug treatment, we assessed that the infestation was severe and advised the client that decluttering the property—particularly the removal of infested furniture such as beds—was essential for the treatment to be effective. The client agreed, and we arranged for a full decluttering service at the earliest possible date. After the decluttering was completed, we carried out a follow-up bed bug treatment and thorough disinfection of the home. The property was left empty, clean, and pest-free. To support the family during this difficult time, we also provided complimentary replacement furniture. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to assist this family in creating a safe and livable home environment for their father’s return from the hospital.

For many years, daughter was not able to go home and stay with her parent due to the amount of items hoarded in the house. She was concern about the safety of her parent arising from excessive clutter.

We received an email from a social worker from an Association that they would like to find out more about our decluttering and fumigation service for their client. We had a phone discussion on the client's case and quickly arranged for a house visit.

Client is an uncle who stays alone and has difficulty entering his house as the living room and rooms are severely cluttered. Items are hoard up to ceiling height and the main door could barely open. Our team took an entire morning to declutter a passageway, followed with fumigation.

Uncle was pleased with the outcome as he agreed to dispose all the trash bags of clutter. 😊

Group of volunteers will be able to enter the house the next day with ease and peace after fumigation is done.

We received a call from a social worker from an Association that there is a case of great urgency.

A boy has brought a stray dog home while the mum is hospitalized and the entire house is full of dog's faeces. 💩💩💩🐶

We arranged for a same day house visit and quickly arranged for deep cleaning, painting and disposal service to be done.

It was completed in a day and the client is happy and relieved!

Out of goodwill, we have donated to the family 2 x mattresses and bedsheets so they do not have to worry about sleeping for the night.
