This 2-bedroom condo may be compact, but that doesn’t mean the homeowners have to compromise on storage — or on having a comfortable home to live in.

The key is to make use of the space that’s already there.

Full-height cabinets turn walls into useful storage.
Built-ins make use of awkward corners.
In the bathroom, curved cabinetry provides storage without making the space feel cramped.
And in the kitchen and laundry area, everything has its place without taking away precious walking space.

Good carpentry isn’t about filling a home with more cabinets.
