Architecture MasterPrize – Honorable Mention (2025)

Masjid Darul Makmur demonstrates how religious architecture can evolve without losing its spiritual and cultural anchor.

Collector's House

The house unfolds as a series of calm, interconnected spaces that balance openness with intimacy. Generous wall planes, carefully choreographed circulation and bespoke display areas allow paintings, sculptures and treasured objects to be experienced naturally as part of everyday living, creating a home where living and collecting are inseparable.

Hougang Multi-Storey Carpark

The design transforms the conventional multi-storey carpark into a light-filled and visually engaging piece of neighbourhood infrastructure. Kolam Ayer Community Club

Some buildings take their identity from function.

Others find it in the stories of the place they belong.

Named after the historic water ponds that once defined the area, Kolam Ayer Community Club draws its architectural language from the movement and reflection of water. Curved forms, layered glazing and flowing circulation spaces reinterpret this local identity, creating a contemporary civic landmark that feels rooted in its surroundings rather than imposed upon them.

The Hilltop House

The Hillview site provides an unparallel opportunity to maximize the views and vista from every room in the house, using full height sliding / folding doors.

With seemingly transparent glass facades and glass railings, views are intentionally uncompromising, from every part of the room/s looking out.
