Do you know the under mount or UM kitchen sink have to be installed first? Wait for countertop to be in placed. Open tap hole, thereafter kitchen sink tap can be installed.
Inlet - outlet - drainage can be done at the tap installation process.
We have to visit the location twice
1 for sink install
2 for kitchen tap install

Another round of bathroom upgrade.
Headache over bathroom setup. No need Panadol, settle with PVC or stainless steel cabinets to save time and energy to focus on other parts of the renovation.
Insert sink is easier to maintain, practical and functional.
Sink with Countertop is classy and feels like your stay in a hotel.
Both are 👍 great! Minimal maintenance and maximum free time for other matters at home!

Special request from homeowner who lived with a decayed wooden cabinet. We knew this is one nasty one. Not the worst we have seen.

We quickly hid the ugly wooden cabinet out of sight and showed her the shiny PVC waterproof carcass! 🤩 And finally installed with the white and sparkly clean insert basin. A new chapter begins in a space of peace and relaxation. Pretty wall tiles btw!

Our dear homeowners. you no longer have to stand musky odour or mushrooms in your bathroom. Take action! Rid your shroomy cabinets! Lol!

Let’s talk a little about instant heater installation. When it comes to replacement of existing heater, it’s easy. Remove old heater, install new heater, connect wire and connect the water hose.
But when it comes to new homes, it becomes both easy and complicated (still straightforward) as long as my customers are clear with the info I needed.
So the key factor is on new wiring in 2nd and 3rd image. So I hope this will help you to understand how the new wiring is a add on job, on its own.
