Duties and responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day accounts payables and accounts receivable functions.
• Process monthly staff claims and record entries into the accounting system.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash book records.
• Assist with quarterly GST submission report.
• Assist with month-end closing in a timely manner, including maintaining relevant schedules, entering JV entries, and cost allocation JV entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with fixed asset management.
• Procurement function including price negotiation, PO issuance and goods delivery arrangement.
• Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

· Low Voltage & Control Panel Wiring and Termination
· Knowledge to read Electrical drawings (Single Line and Detail Circuit Drawings)
· Hands on experience to use Test Equipment
· Working hours are not limited depending on work required

Work Experience.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with qualifications in Engineering

MRES CARES ABOUT WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY

Event: Safety Promotion Day

This event was held by MRES together with Colas Rail Singapore Pte Ltd (CR) to promote worksite safety, sharing good safety practices to all site supervisors, engineers and workers. This month's topic was on chemical safety. The topic brought about few discussions on current site conditions, and in turn lead to suggestions and inputs by various supervisors from both MRES & CR.

We also took this opportunity to recognise some of our dedicated staffs where their supervisors have noted of their good safety practices when executing their work. Certificate and token of recognition are given out to MRES employees who show their dedication and commitment to take caution of site safety at all times.

Electrical Site Engineer

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall project management of all works at site
- Liase with clients, operators & management to realize all project objectives
- Attended SWC and subcontractor coordination meeting to resolve outstanding issues
- Monitor works at site ensuring compliance with schedules and quality requirements

Able to prepare:
- Method statement and presentation to Clients/SBST/LTA/SMRT.
- Detailed installation program, Risk Assessment, documents and as-built drawings.
- Sub contractor scope of work and tender document.
- Monthly & weekly progress monitoring reports for submission to the management & client.

Relevant knowledge & hands-on experience in installing:
- Intake transformers, services transformers, rectifier transformer, inverter transformer, GIS (SF6) switchgear, bus ducts, DC panels, distribution boards, ITB interface panels ,batteries & battery chargers.
- 22kV HV cable, termination & testing of HV & control cables including installation of associated conduits, cable trays, Viaduct cable bracket and ladders.
- Fire stops at the stations.
- HV cable joint and conduct hi pot test for the HV cables.
- Conduct contact resistance tests of bus bars and SF6 dew point tests of GIS panels.
