Client Feature | Condo Carpentry Project 💁🏻♀️
This condo project was completed based on a design created by the homeowner’s young cousin, who studied interior design at LASALLE College of the Arts. At just 19 years old, his cousin did an impressive job putting together the design and colour theme — clean, well-balanced, and very practical for daily living. Truly a great job for someone so young.
By working directly with his cousin on the design, the homeowner was able to save significantly on interior design fees, while still achieving a well-thought-out and cohesive concept for his condo.
When the client approached us with the drawings prepared by his cousin, our role was clear —
we followed the design carefully and focused on turning the drawings into actual, functional carpentry with proper measurements, detailing, and workmanship.
Pleasantly surprised by the cost, what impressed the client most was that the entire carpentry works (all furniture you viewed in these pictures are all built in furniture fabricated by us, a shaker style kitchen, a wardrobe with glass display, a queen size bed frame, a side table, a wall hung book cabinet with glass display, a study table with drawers storage, a wall hung tv console, a toilet vanity cabinet with mirror and some simple electrical works) came in at under $28,000. Considering the scope, finish, and overall look of the home, the client did not expect the final cost to be so reasonable and was very pleased with the outcome.
Due to a busy work schedule, our team did not manage to take photos during installation, and I was not on site at the time. After the client had already moved in, I reached out yesterday to ask if he would be kind enough to help us take some photos for our portfolio. We are truly thankful that he took the time to do so.
🙏 Thank you for your trust and support.
We’re honoured to be part of this project and grateful for the opportunity to showcase both great design and honest workmanship!!
