VIETNAM-We ventured into Vietnam since our inception in 2002 with the opening of Falcon Vietnam Company Limited. Based in Hanoi, we built our first factory in Hai Duong City. The 14,000 sqm factory soon became fully operational and has spurred the rapid growth of the company. In 2010, we build a new factory in Dai An Industrial Zone occupying 32,000 sqm and equipped with advanced machinery and processes. With our first retail store opening in Hanoi in 2012, Falcon Group is well poised to sustain its growth in Vietnam and maintain our leading position in the market for interior fit-out works. QATAR-United Falcon LLC is a subsidiary of Falcon Group in Qatar. Set-up in 2009, the operation comprises a 2,500 sqm factory with about 100 employees. United Falcon primarily runs the production of customised and contract furniture for hospitality and retail fit-out projects in Qatar. We envisage our growth in Qatar to continue in tandem with the development and growth of the MENA region. UKRAINE-In 2009, under a 3-party consortium, the Falcon Group ventured into Ukraine. MOS International LLC in Ukraine was formed in partnership with two other Singapore companies, with the support of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore - the lead government agency driving Singapore's external economy promoting the overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade.
