⚠️ A Shortcut Isn’t Worth the Risk.
This dashcam footage shows an elderly pedestrian initially using the designated pedestrian crossing, but leaving the crossing partway to take a shorter route.
It may save a few steps — but those few steps could come with a much greater risk.

According to Traffic Police, elderly pedestrians remain one of the most vulnerable groups on Singapore roads. In 2025, they accounted for 75% of pedestrian fatalities, with jaywalking remaining a serious concern.

Our reminder to everyone, especially our seniors:

👀 Stop, look and stay alert
🚦 Follow the crossing all the way to safety
🚗 Motorists — slow down and always look out for vulnerable pedestrians

🚔 A timely reminder that traffic laws are there to protect everyone on the road.

With Singapore strengthening enforcement and introducing a revised demerit points system from 1 January 2027, motorists who repeatedly commit traffic offences may face licence suspension sooner and for longer.

In this footage, a LTA traffic officer overtakes with warning lights activated before stopping a motorcycle further ahead. We don’t know the reason for the stop, so we won’t speculate.

The takeaway is simple: The best way to avoid penalties isn’t luck—it’s safe and responsible driving.

🚨 Our dashcam captured the aftermath of an accident where an e-bike ended up underneath a car. A Traffic Police officer was already at the scene when we drove past.
We don't know how the collision happened, so we won't speculate on what led to the accident.
Whether you're driving, riding an e-bike, or cycling, always stay alert, obey traffic rules, and look out for one another. A moment of caution can make all the difference.

⚠️ A close call that could have ended very differently.

This rider overtook a container truck from the left lane at a speed well above the 70 km/h limit. Moments later, the car ahead signalled briefly before moving into the left lane—nearly colliding with the approaching motorcycle.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

This incident is a reminder that road safety is a shared responsibility:
🚗 Signal early and check your mirrors and blind spots before changing lanes.
🏍️ Avoid excessive speed, especially when overtaking, as other drivers may not expect you to arrive so quickly.

A few extra seconds of patience can prevent a lifetime of regret.
