The Pasir Ris–Changi Higher Education Community Assistance Scheme 2026 is now open! This initiative supports ITE, Polytechnic, and University students in achieving their academic aspirations.

📅 Submit your application by 30 April 2026.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Singapore Citizens residing in Pasir Ris–Changi GRC
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)
• Monthly household income per capita of $2,250 or below

📍 Collect and submit your application at your nearest Community Club.
