Are birds making a nest in your house, it could possibly be due to gap on your old wooden board thats covering up the hole to the outdoor condener.

Change to a new aluminum sheet for better protection aganist birds and waterproofing aganist rain seeping in.

The indoor unit coil has become brittle and is breaking apart even with light contact during servicing. This affects the unit’s heat exchange efficiency and will reduce cooling performance.

Due to the extent of deterioration, repair is not advisable. Recommendation is to replace the indoor fan coil unit.

Is your aircon not feeling cold and blowing warm air? Icing on the copper pipe or ice forming on the coil?

This is very possibily due to shortage of gas and a leakage in the system.

Do a pressure test to confirm the source of the leak and then do the neccessary repair.
