From 3D Model to Reality. Here’s how the kitchen at “Infinite” went from render to reality.

Originally enclosed, we hacked away the walls to open up the kitchen entirely, instantly making the living and dining area feel more spacious and connected. The result is a clean, open-concept layout finished in sintered stone countertops, keeping in line with the home’s monochrome palette of grey, white, and black.
It’s proof that a render is only the starting point, the real work is in translating that vision into a space that actually functions, and feels even better in person.

The home embodies a refined Urban Minimalist aesthetic, blending contemporary functionality with timeless warmth. A cohesive palette of deep walnut wood tones, crisp white surfaces, and matte black accents creates a highly curated, sophisticated atmosphere. The furnishings emphasize clean lines, low-profile structures, and tactile fabrics like the textured area rug and structured grey sofa, mimicking the effortlessly chic vibe of a Manhattan loft.

At 517 sqft, Manhattan Modernity at Landmark was never about square footage it was about rhythm. A morning that doesn’t rush you. An evening that asks nothing of you. A bed you can finally sink into.

The magic is in what’s hidden: one custom partition doing double duty as a TV feature wall and a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, and a bathroom reborn as a private en-suite escape.

This is what happens when a home is designed around how you actually live, not how much room you have.

Hana Film just renovated their CityLink space and this time they went deeper. What if each room told its own story?

We were honored to help them answer that. The Vintage Office pulls you into another era with an old computer box and cork boards that feel genuinely nostalgic. The Modern Lift features custom brass handles, vintage-inspired buttons and is designed for six people. The Sofa Room breathes coziness through texture and proportion. The Plain Room strips everything away for flipbook shots.

We also added a prop counter with mirror, functional design that serves the experience.
