Job Title : Aircon Technician (空调技术员)
Key responsibilities :
• Conduct total servicing, including chemical servicing and overhauls.
• Dismantle and replace standard air-conditioning system components.
• Perform major and minor cleaning, chemical work, and general service.
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor issues such as cooling system failures, water leaks, and low gas problems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices.
• Ensure adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Scope of duties :
• Carry out full air-conditioning maintenance, including dismantling and part replacements.
• Perform gas refills, leak checks, and airflow inspections.
• Identify basic mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintain documentation of service reports.
Requirements :
• Minimum SEC(K) Certificate or SPM Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related air-conditioning.
• Basic maintenance servicing, troubleshooting and component replacement skills.
• Able to handle various power tools relating to servicing ACMV system.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license.

工作范围：
• 执行全套空调维护工作，包括拆卸及零件更换。
• 进行制冷剂补充、泄漏检测及气流检查。
• 识别基本的机械和电气故障。
• 维护服务报告文档记录。
• 与客服团队紧密合作，协调工作安排。
任职要求：
• 至少持有SEC(K)证书或SPM证书。
• 至少2年相关空调领域工作经验。
• 具备基本的维护保养、故障排除和部件更换技能。
• 能够操作各类与ACMV系统维护相关的电动工具。
• 持有新加坡Class 3驾驶执照。
