The Recreation resort by the river

The recreation area by the river is an adventurous escape from the city of the capital Bratislava on the outskirts. Accommodation in nature with rich equipment for rest and relaxation of day visitors as well as for longer stays. The site concept created a fresh natural environment by diversifying the topography: a pond, wetlands and landscaping. This creates conditions for different types of vegetation, organically structures the area in different rooms. The adventure site is equipped for various uses and entertainment for guests and visitors.

The area is divided into two operational parts for the public and visitors. Visitors can stay in separate cabins, which are carefully located so that the privacy of the guests is ensured to the greatest extent possible. The bodies of water that pass between the objects organically create a unique atmosphere for each cabin. For larger groups of people, there is the possibility of mass accommodation in the revitalizing building, which is supplemented with wellness facilities with a direct connection to the outdoor water area. The central building with the reception and lobby cafe/bar is connected to a multifunctional building serving the public with the possibility of refreshments. This space is suitable for weddings or temporary festivals. The adjacent playground is an exciting place full of play elements for younger visitors. The vegetable garden offers an orchard and provides healthy meals for the hotel restaurant.

The entire area of the wellness resort by the lake is a place where visitors can relax, exercise or have fun. A unique experience for tourists and local residents, an urban refuge in the natural wilderness.

House in Lozorno

The house is located on the main street and forms one of the buildings of the street development. Signage on the entrance gate panel indicates the beginning of construction, which dates back to 1930. The original intention of building the inn changed over time according to the user's requirements. The evidence is the stories recorded in the compositions of the walls. Walled passages, newly built walls, extensions, translations, various building materials. The concept of reconstruction with a change of use to a restaurant of the farm house is based on respecting the original building. The mass of the house remains unchanged, as does the position and size of the openings on the facade. The structure of the street facade will be supplemented with new wooden window and door openings, made according to the pattern of the original ones. The structure of the plaster, as well as the shade and surface treatment, sensitively stylizes the expression of the building. Harmonious shades of gray color tuned to earthy tones look natural in relation to the environment. The longitudinal communication - the porch, will be replaced by a new steel structure that respectfully complements the expression of the house and at the same time is distinguishable from the original one.
