(SCS) is a private engineering construction company which has
been active in providing public utilities, industrial enterprises, international organisations and
government agencies with professional engineering services in the field of infrastructural
engineering. Established in 1983, we currently have over 100 employees nationwide, most of who are highly
qualified and experienced engineers, q

uantity surveyors, architects, accountants and human
development specialists. SCS has developed considerable experience in the inspection, design, and implementation of
airport infrastructure, water and sanitation, road works, bridges and buildings. Our core of
engineers has specialized in carrying out pavement, drainage and aeronautical ground lighting
construction/installation, building construction, waterworks etc. SCS has also established a Civil Engineering Construction Company in Nigeria known as Sierra
Construction Nigeria Limited in the year 2007. In addition to the several private/institutional clients whom SCS has worked for, we have also
successfully completed numerous internationally funded projects for several multilateral and
bilateral institutions such as:
 The World Bank Group
 The African Development Bank
 The World Food Programme
 The European Union
 The Embassy of the United States of America
SCS has the experience and know-how necessary for complete project handling from design to
implementation. If however, assistance is desired only for one or more specific activities,
depending on the type and size of the project and on the special wishes of the client, SCS is
flexible enough to be of service in this way too and to coordinate optimally with the overall
program. With the above philosophy, SCS’s aim is to develop tailor-made solutions for its clients.
