CONGRATULATIONS to Us , 🐔 Today, we disbursed Le75,000 New Leones to women maize farmers as our out-growers. Without maize, there is no poultry, and without farmers, there is no maize. 🌽
Today, Eco-Friendly Rechargeable Incubator and Local Animal Feed Processing Solutions, Yormatah Sierra Agri-Tech Hub, Auto Smart Irrigation and Vegetables Company, and Monipay Company, in partnership with the Kono District Council under the leadership of Chairman Augustine Sahr Sheku, provided Le75,000 in cash support, together with quality maize seeds and fertilizer, to 15 women maize farmer groups in Kono District as the first phase of our Out-Grower Programme.
This initiative will boost local maize production to supply raw materials for our animal feed processing, strengthen sustainable poultry production through the Auto Smart Irrigation and Vegetables Company technology, and promote climate-smart agriculture through modern irrigation and vegetable farming.
When the Hon. Minister of Finance, Sheku Ahmedu Fantamadi Bangura, visited our farm in May, we shared our vision of empowering women farmers and strengthening local agricultural value chains. Today, that vision is becoming a reality through his generous support. We sincerely thank him for believing in our mission and investing in rural communities.
Each farmer group will cultivate 2 hectares of maize and receive continuous technical training, field supervision, irrigation support where needed, and agricultural extension services to ensure a successful harvest.
This programme is part of our long-term vision to build a sustainable maize value chain that supports local animal feed production, strengthens poultry farming, expands climate-smart irrigation and vegetable production, creates employment opportunities, empowers women, and contributes to food security in Sierra Leone.
Together, Eco-Friendly Rechargeable Incubator and Local Animal Feed Processing Solutions, Yormatah Sierra Agri-Tech Hub, Auto Smart Irrigation and Vegetables Company, and Monipay Company are demonstrating that sustainable agriculture begins with investing in our farmers.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of our newly designed Fabrication Lab and Hatchery Center at the Eco-Friendly Rechargeable Incubator and Local Animal Feed Processing Solutions farm site!

This milestone marks another important step in our mission to empower smallholder farmers through innovation, sustainable agriculture, and modern poultry production. Our new facility will strengthen local manufacturing, improve hatchery services, and increase access to quality poultry equipment and affordable animal feed for farming communities across Sierra Leone.

Process made so far on the expansion of our Ferbecation Lab and Hatchery center

Today, we were honored to welcome students and teachers from Koidu Secondary School (KSS) to our farm site for an educational field visit and practical experiments. 🌱🐥

The students had the opportunity to learn about our innovative farming practices, sustainable agriculture systems, poultry incubation technology, and local animal feed production processes across all departments of our farm.

During the visit, we shared knowledge on:
✅ Eco-friendly rechargeable incubator technology
✅ Poultry management and hatchery operations
✅ Local animal feed processing and production
✅ Climate-smart agriculture practices
✅ Innovation and entrepreneurship in agribusiness
