This past Monday, ReTile was truly honored to be part of an insightful youth engagement at Mountain View, Mbabane with the Mbabane Municipality and the Youth Chamber of Commerce & Industry Eswatini (YCCIE), led by President Sakhile Sibandze and Vice President Bonkhe Motsa.
We shared the space with incredible leaders including Make Winile Dlamini (Mbabane Municipality), Sibusiso Mathonsi (Mbabane Chapter), Paul Nkambule (Ox Purple Consultancy), Njabulo Skhonze (ECHO PR), Mxebo Sifundza (Fundzama)—alongside many passionate youth-led businesses. 💡✨
Discussions focused on how youth enterprises can align with the National Development Plan and the Mbabane Municipality’s Integrated Development Plan (IDP)—key to building sustainable infrastructure, smart cities, and climate resilience. 🌍
We also explored stronger value chains, new collaborations, and the power of AI tools like the MSME chatbot to simplify processes and boost innovation. 🚀
As young entrepreneurs, we’re excited to bring fresh ideas that can help shape Mbabane into a smart, sustainable, and resilient city—while creating opportunities for youth businesses to thrive, grow, and leave a lasting impact on our economy. 🙌
