ภูมิสถาปนิก (Landscape Architect)
รายละเอียดงาน
- ให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าเพื่อกำหนดความต้องการในการออกแบบของโครงการและประมาณการณ์กำหนดตารางเวลาในการทำงานได้
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ การกำหนดวัสดุในการออกแบบ และการประมาณราคา
- ให้การช่วยเหลือ landscape director ในการออกแบบ
- สามารถนำเสนอการออกแบบกับลูกค้าหรือเจ้าของโครงการได้
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อตรวจงานให้เป็นไปตามแบบในก่อสร้างได้

คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท ในสาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ และภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD, Sketch up และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำเสนอออกแบบงานภูมิสถาปัตกรรมได้อย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบงานภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม และการออกแบบพืชพรรณได้อย่างดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
- สามารดจัดการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
- สามรถใช้การสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Job description
– Consult with clients to determine requirements and needs for their project.
– Prepare information regarding design, specifications, estimated costs, and construction schedule.
– Assist Landscape Director with design tasks.
– Present project to clients for their review and approval.
– Ensure on site works are performed according to architectural drawings, specifications and schedule.

Requirements
– BA in Landscape Architecture or similar.
– 3+ years experience.
– Master of Auto Cad and sketch up. Master of other architectural design software a plus.
– Experience in plant specification will be highly regarded.
– High degree of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
