• Create original and high-quality digital artwork to be published on websites, social media, and applicable channels
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital artwork
• Utilize various digital art tools and software to create visually appealing and effective designs

✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field
• 3 - 8 years of experience in Digital Artist or related role. Fresh grads are also welcomed
• Expertise in digital art tools and software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles

✅ Responsibilities
• Create engaging, informative, and compelling content to be published on websites, social media, and emails (in English and/or Dutch)
• Work closely with Branding and Marketing to refine brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Edit & proofread to make sure that the content is error-free and can accurately reflect the brand message and voice
• Conduct research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitors to be able to create compelling content

✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 - 8 years of experience in Copywriting
• Fluent in English communication (Dutch is a plus)
• Familiarity with SEO and related tools for copywriting
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and content management systems
• Interests in architecture, interior design, sustainability, and environment

เนื่องจากความต้องการเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เรากำลังขยายกำลังแรงงานของเราที่นี่ในกรุงเทพฯ

โอกาสความก้าวหน้า
- ส่งเสริมการเติบโตภายในที่ยอดเยี่ยม เนื่องจากคุณจะเป็นหนึ่งในคนกลุ่มแรกในทีมใหม่
– เรียนรู้มาตรฐานการออกแบบระดับสากลสำหรับสถาปัตยกรรมและการตกแต่งภายใน
– ทำงานร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เช่น การสแกน 3D และเรียนรู้จากนักออกแบบนานาชาติ

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
นักออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน:
- สร้างภาพสามมิติสำหรับสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบภายใน ทั้งภายนอกเป็นภายใน
- พัฒนาเขียนแบบรายละเอียดและผลิตชุดเขียนแบบทางเทคนิค โดยมีการกำกับดูแลของ Senior/Director
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อาวุโสเพื่อพัฒนาทิศทางมาตรฐานและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
พนักงานเขียนแบบ:
- สร้างแผนสถาปัตยกรรมจากอาคารที่สแกน 3 มิติใน AutoCAD หรือ Revit
- สร้างอาคาร ภาพวาดร้านค้า และจัดวางเฟอร์นิเจอร์
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อาวุโสเพื่อพัฒนาทิศทางมาตรฐานและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน

คุณสมบัติและทักษะ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 - 5 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทด้านการออกแบบภายในหรือสถาปัตยกรรม
- ทักษะด้านแนวคิดและการออกแบบที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาพวาดทางเทคนิคและรายละเอียด
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการ ใช้ AutoCad, Revit, Sketch-up ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ได้ทั้งหมด
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์กับโปรแกรม Vectorworks จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สั่งงานและมีประสบการณ์ด้าน ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน
- สามารถเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
