งานตกแต่งภายในสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิง และมีความแตกต่างกันในแต่ละเจเนอเรชัน โจทย์สำคัญคือการออกแบบให้ทุกพื้นที่มีเอกภาพ แต่ยังสะท้อนตัวตนของผู้อยู่อาศัยแต่ละช่วงวัยได้อย่างกลมกลืน

ทีมออกแบบจึงเลือกใช้โทนสีอ่อนเป็นแกนหลัก ผสานเส้นสายแบบ Modern เข้ากับกลิ่นอาย American Luxury เพื่อถ่ายทอดความอ่อนโยน ความละเมียดละไม และรายละเอียดที่ประณีตในทุกองค์ประกอบของงานตกแต่ง

An interior design project for a multi-generational family, predominantly female, where the key challenge was to create a cohesive overall aesthetic while honoring the individuality of each generation.

The design concept is built around a soft, light-toned palette, blending modern lines with elements of American Luxury. This combination expresses elegance, femininity, and refined detailing throughout the space.

รับออกแบบ ปรับปรุง ต่อเติมและก่อสร้างครบวงจรตามมาตรฐาน

มนต์เสน่ห์ของพื้นที่ขนาดประมาณ 180 ตารางวา บริเวณเขื่อนขุนด่านปราการชล ไม่ได้มีเพียงธรรมชาติที่โอบล้อม แต่ยังมีลำธารเล็ก ๆ บริเวณปลายที่ดิน

เมื่อกล่าวถึงการพักผ่อนในพื้นที่ลักษณะนี้ หลายคนอาจนึกถึงการมาสัมผัสธรรมชาติ อากาศบริสุทธิ์ และกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งเป็นหลัก
อย่างไรก็ตาม ทีมออกแบบเลือกตีความ “การพักผ่อน” ในอีกมุมหนึ่ง คือการได้ใช้เวลาอยู่ร่วมกับผู้คนที่เราเลือก แม้แต่ละคนจะมีความสนใจและรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่แตกต่างกัน

จึงเกิดแนวคิดการออกแบบพื้นที่ภายในบ้านพักให้มีความหลากหลาย รองรับทั้งกิจกรรมของครอบครัว การสังสรรค์กับเพื่อน พื้นที่ใช้งานภายในอาคาร พื้นที่นอกอาคาร สระว่ายน้ำ รวมถึงพื้นที่นั่งเล่นแบบกดระดับลงดิน ที่เชื่อมโยงการใช้งานเข้ากับลำธารบริเวณปลายที่ดินอย่างใกล้ชิด

พื้นที่แห่งนี้จึงสะท้อนแนวคิดของการพักผ่อนที่ไม่จำกัดวัยหรือรูปแบบการใช้งาน
ผู้เข้าพักสามารถเลือกใช้พื้นที่ตามจังหวะชีวิตของตนเอง มีทั้งช่วงเวลาร่วมกันและความเป็นส่วนตัว ผ่านการออกแบบพื้นที่ขนาดเล็กที่หลากหลายอย่างลงตัว

Set on a 180-square-wah site near Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam, this project is defined by its natural surroundings and a small stream at the edge of the land—creating a calm atmosphere for true relaxation.

Rather than viewing relaxation as a single activity, the design interprets it as shared time with chosen people, each with different interests and rhythms.
The house is therefore designed with a variety of spaces to support family activities, gatherings with friends, indoor and outdoor living, a swimming pool, and a sunken lounge that connects closely with the stream.

This project reflects a form of retreat that is not limited by age or lifestyle, allowing residents to enjoy time together while freely choosing their own level of privacy through thoughtfully layered spaces.

ฟื้นคืนชีพบ้านรูปแบบดั้งเดิมถูกสร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี 1978 โดยปัจจุบันบริบทของครอบครัว จำนวนสมาชิก ได้เปลี่ยนไป ทางทีมออกแบบได้นำเสนอการแบ่งพื้นที่บ้านออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ส่วนสำหรับคุณพ่อ คุณแม่ และส่วนสำหรับลูกที่รองรับครอบครัวขยาย โดยที่ไม่รบกวนการเข้าถึง ความเป็นส่วนตัวและสามารถเกิดปฎิสัมพันธ์ได้เมื่อต้องการ

ภาพความทรงจำดีๆกว่า 40 ปี ผ่านร่องรอยสถาปัตยกรรมยังคงเหมือนเดิม สวยงามขึ้น แม้กาลเวลาและบริบทชีวิตจะเปลี่ยนไป

The house was built in 1978 serving for big family with chinese mid-century style. Time flies and many things has changed so designers offer to divided this large space into 2 parts. One is for mother and father and the other one is for thier son.

Over 40 years of memories,designer teams pick the tracing of its old style and redesign into more modern place to be settle down again.

บ้านหลังใหญ่ที่โอบรับครอบครัวขยายของลูกสาว ลูกชาย และคุณพ่อคุณแม่
เมื่อชีวิตก้าวถึงจุดมั่นคง บ้านหลังนี้จึงกลายเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของบทใหม่ ที่เชื่อมทุกเจเนอเรชันให้กลับมาอยู่ร่วมกัน

แรงบันดาลใจจากธุรกิจเดิมของครอบครัว คือ “จานดาวเทียม” ถูกตีความเป็นเส้นโค้งแบบ Parabola ในงานสถาปัตยกรรมและตกแต่ง เติมเอกลักษณ์ที่เชื่อมโยงกับรากฐานของบ้านนี้

แม้ที่ดินราว 100 ตารางวา แต่การจัดสรรพื้นที่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และนวัตกรรมต่าง ๆ ถูกออกแบบอย่างพอดี ทำให้บ้านกว้าง สบาย และดูแลง่าย สะท้อนเส้นทางแห่งความสำเร็จของครอบครัว

A home designed to embrace a growing family—children, parents, and grandparents.
As life reaches a stable chapter, this home becomes a symbol of togetherness across generations.

Inspired by the family’s satellite-dish business, the designer incorporated parabolic curves into the architecture and interiors, creating a distinct identity rooted in the family’s origins.

Despite the compact 100-square-wah plot, the layout, amenities, and modern innovations are arranged with balance and clarity, making the home spacious, comfortable, and easy to maintain—a true reflection of the family’s journey and achievement.

ทาวน์โฮมอายุกว่า 25 ปี ถูกรีโนเวทให้กลับมามีชีวิตอีกครั้ง โดยภายนอกปรับฟังก์ชันใหม่ให้จอดรถสะดวก และใช้ประโยชน์จากระเบียงได้เต็มที่ โดยคำนึงถึงแสง ลม และการระบายอากาศเป็นหลัก

ภายในเลือกเปลี่ยนวัสดุสำคัญอย่างพื้น ผนัง และสี เพื่อให้บ้านดูทันสมัยและคืนสภาพที่ดีขึ้น แม้งบประมาณจำกัด แต่ด้วยการออกแบบที่มีมาตรฐาน ทำให้ได้พื้นที่ที่ทั้งน่าอยู่และคุ้มค่าในทุกมุมการใช้งาน

A 25-year-old townhouse brought back to life

The exterior has been redesigned for better parking and functional balconies, with careful attention to natural light and ventilation.

Inside, key finishes like flooring, walls, and paint were refreshed to feel modern and new again.
Even with a limited budget, thoughtful design ensures the space is practical, comfortable, and timeless.

การออกแบบห้องชุดเชื่อมต่อ 140 ตร.ม.
โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 ห้องนอน 3 ห้องน้ำ และห้องนั่งเล่นขนาดใหญ่ โดยทีมงานได้ปรับฟังก์ชันให้รองรับการขยายครัวใหม่ เพิ่มพื้นที่เก็บของอย่างเป็นระบบ และสร้างมุมสำหรับแสดงของสะสมที่สะท้อนตัวตนและกิจกรรมของเจ้าของบ้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการดื่ม พูดคุย หรือการพบปะสังสรรค์

งานออกแบบต่อยอดในสไตล์ Modern American Luxury ซึ่งโดยทั่วไปมักใช้โทนสีอ่อน แต่ครั้งนี้เลือกใช้โทนเข้มเป็นหลัก ผสมผสาน 3 เฉดสี พร้อมวัสดุปิดผิวที่เพิ่มทั้งมูลค่าและประสบการณ์สัมผัส เช่น กระจก หิน และบัว สร้างความหรูหราในรายละเอียดโดยไม่ฟุ่มเฟือยเกินไป

ความท้าทายของงานนี้ไม่ใช่แค่การออกแบบ แต่รวมถึงการปรับผัง ย้ายผนัง และแก้ไขงานระบบที่ต้องใช้ความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทีมงานจึงให้ความสำคัญกับทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ทั้งสวยงามและใช้งานได้จริง

สุดท้าย ห้องชุดนี้ถูกออกแบบให้มีบรรยากาศอบอุ่น หรูหราเหมือนบ้านเดี่ยว ของไม่รกตา ใช้งานได้สะดวก เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนและการใช้ชีวิตที่เติบโตไปพร้อมกับเจ้าของบ้านในทุกช่วงวัย

140 sqm Combined Condominium Design
This project features a 140-square-meter combined unit with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious living area. The layout was reconfigured to accommodate an expanded kitchen, provide ample and organized storage solutions, and create dedicated display areas for the owner’s collections—reflecting their lifestyle and activities such as wine appreciation, social gatherings, and entertaining.

The design concept embraces Modern American Luxury. While this style often employs light color palettes, our team introduced a darker scheme as the main approach, carefully blending three key tones. Premium surface materials—including glass, stone, and moldings—were selected to elevate both aesthetic and tactile qualities, creating refined details without unnecessary extravagance.

Beyond design aesthetics, the project posed technical challenges such as wall relocation and system adjustments, which required meticulous planning and ex*****on. These complexities made the process both demanding and rewarding for the design team.

The result is a residence that feels warm and luxurious, akin to a private home. It balances elegance with practicality, ensuring clutter-free living spaces—perfect for relaxation, entertaining, and adapting to the evolving needs of the residents over time.

แม้ผังพื้นและการใช้งานของบ้านจะยังคงเดิม แต่อาคารหลังนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า "หน้ากากอาคาร" ที่ได้รับการออกแบบใหม่ สามารถเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศภายนอกบ้าน และความรู้สึกต่อพื้นที่โดยรวมไปได้อย่างสิ้นเชิง

บ้านปุณวิถีเป็นตัวอย่างของการออกแบบที่เคารพต่อโครงสร้างและบริบทดั้งเดิม ซึ่งมีคุณค่าทั้งในแง่ความหมายและเรื่องเล่า แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน ก็เติมความร่วมสมัยผ่านการปรับภาพลักษณ์ของตัวอาคาร โดยยังคงอยู่ในงบประมาณที่จับต้องได้

ด้วยข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ก่อสร้างที่ค่อนข้างแคบ ผู้ออกแบบจึงเลือกใช้ระบบเสาเข็มเหล็ก และโครงสร้างแบบแห้ง (dry construction) เพื่อลดงานเปียกและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการก่อสร้าง

บ้านที่มีความอบอุ่น และเรียบง่ายแบบเดิม จึงถูกปรับให้ดูทันสมัยขึ้น สะท้อนรสนิยมใหม่ของเจ้าของบ้านได้อย่างลงตัว ทั้งในเชิงสถาปัตยกรรมและวิศวกรรม

Even when the original floor plan and spatial layout remain unchanged, a redesigned architectural façade can dramatically transform the atmosphere and perception of a home.

This house in Punawithi exemplifies how thoughtful façade design can breathe new life into an old structure—preserving its original context and narrative while reflecting the homeowner’s desire for a more contemporary feel. The redesign strikes a balance between emotional connection to the past and a fresh visual identity, all within a practical and accessible budget.

Given the tight construction space, the design team employed steel micropiles and a dry construction method to minimize wet works, making the process more efficient and less intrusive.

The result is a warm, familiar home that now carries a modern character—delivered through architecture that respects detail, structure, and story.
